This motel is not luxury but gets five stars as it has everything right. Great location right in town so walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shops. Rooms spacious and nicely appointed. Great shower, comfortable bed, air con works well. Owners are friendly. Price is reasonable. No negatives at all, especially in its price range.

Friendly check in. Good parking. Clean and spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Good lighting, reasonable wifi and lots of easily accessible powerpoints. On a busy road but surprisingly quiet. Nice bistro across the road and walking distance to main shopping area.
I didn’t have need of any food or
additional services but the Breakout was a perfect travellers motel.

Clean, very spacious room with comfortable beds. Very pleasant check in (ask about the Pavlovas)
The aroma of the Star Jasmine growing along in front of the rooms at this time of year is delightful.
House WiFi is fairly fast.

Check in easy and was given some great local tips. Our room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Located on the main road but was quiet at night. Would recommend this hotel.
We were given the tip there was a great Indian restaurant Delhi Beli and they weren’t wrong.

I was staying 2 nights in Cowra stayed the 1st night elsewhere and never again. So glad i booked the Breakout for 2nd night. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Would definately stay there again.
