Very good property but requires good maintenance. Had very bad experience with their housekeeping. No water in the taps, towels and mats were very dirty. Housekeeping did not attend inspite of repeated reminders. Intercom was not wokring and had to use my mobile to call reception. Bad experience. I could see a big drop in the maintenance from my last trip which was around 4 months back. Need good maintenance team. Will think twice before booking this hotel for my next trip.

Overall is good but need some improvements on bed sheet cover with clean and quality .Smelly like long time not changed.The room service was bad.not return balance once buy things and not even said thanks after took the balanced money.The services provided by room service hoping for tips.This is so uncomfortable. And to get WiFi have to pay 190 INR!!!! To my surprise.The food was superb no comment on that.Hopefully they can improve in future.

I have booked this hotel through Agoda .com & got good discount . Hotel is located very near to main bus stand & railway station . Very good complimentary breakfast. Hotel offering free pick up & drop to bus stand / railway station . Staffs are very good & kind. Small suggestions , hotel should offer complimentary shaving & mouth cleaning kits as the hotel is in 3 star grade & they should not charge the privileged customer ( After understanding hotel will charge , i have purchased the same materials from outside ) other things are very good .

We all ways prefer Breeze hotel nice ambience treat customer nicely and nice buffet food, well maintained and spacious room.has swimming pool facility and near by train and bus terminal .staff is good and full fledged restaurant

Very nominal charged hotel. It is quite cheap for the amenities and inclusive breakfast. Has good parking space and breakfast was decent. Recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Trichy Rooms are spacious and clean
