Convenient
Thailandfansaon 13/11/2017 18:29Had late flight in to Corfu and early flight out so stayed here first and last night. 5 min walk from the airport and about a minute from the car hire company we used. We had a room facing the courtyard at back of the building so no traffic noise. Place could do with an update of the rooms furniture and fixtures stuck in the 70's but was clean and neat.
Convenient & Comfortable
Debbie Mon 06/09/2017 14:53We stayed at Hotel Bretagne for one night in August after arriving in Corfu on a late night flight. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance to the airport and fitted our requirements. Inside, it is not cosmetically brilliant but there was always a friendly member of staff at the desk to help us with what we needed. The rooms were very basic, though this was not a problem and ideal to rest our heads for a night. The hotel includes a bar with outdoor seating and a breakfasting restaurant. These essential facilities boosted the hotel's rating in my opinion. This hotel is perfect for a stress free and quick stay on the island of Corfu.
Superclose to the airport and very clean rooms !
Tom Von 03/09/2017 20:46This is the perfect hotel in combination with your flight to/from Corfu! In 10 minutes or even less you reach the airport on foot! The rooms are very small, and the bathroom too, but everything is very clean. We had a room with garden view: nice and more quiet than the ones at the busy streetside. Because you are so close to the airport, the planes land/take off just above you, what gives the typical noise... But we liked that and found it less disturbing than the noise of cars! No trouble sleeping... After checking out, they allow you to leave the luggage in the hotel until you need to go to the airport, so you can enjoy till the last minute of Kerkyra's restaurants/shops/... Use of the rooms longer than normal checkout time is not possible, because the hotel is fully booked all summer because of it's location near the airport...
Just stayed 1 night before heating to Albania
Orla Con 03/09/2017 16:08Fine for very short stay. You can walk to hotel from airport. Rooms small but clean enough. I wouldn't book a week's holiday here. A bit of a walk into town, your on a busy road so a bit noisy. Staff very helpful and pleasant.
Good value for money
Ilovetravel1967on 29/08/2017 09:57We researched staying in Kekyra ( Old Town) and accomodation is much more expensive than the resorts. This hotel was very reasonably priced compared to others in town. We stayed four nights. Had a second floor non smoking room at the back of the hotel- nice and quiet and good outlook over greenery and other homes with sun in the morning. Our room was very clean but quite dated ( didn't bother us as we thought this was quaint- as is the rest of the hotel). We also had a fridge in the room which was very handy. Breakfast was included - simple and fresh - buffet style. The staff were very helpful and friendly to us and gave us information on buses along e coast as well as supermarkets. Location is close to the airport - no transfer needed if you can walk 10 minutes. There is some noise with planes taking off nearby but it was not continuous or annoying. The nearest good supermarket was about an 8 minute walk. Walking into town took about 25-30 minutes depending on where you wanted to go. If you don't want to go that far at night, there are a few good restaurants on the coast near the beach- about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We ate at the Two Brothers twice- frequented by locals and very reasonably priced tasty food and drink- local wine is VERY cheap.
We would return to this hotel and were very satisfied- it is not a fancy hotel but you get what you pay for.
