Clean Room,Friendly Professional Staff(Lori,) great view of the lake, walking distance to many activities including restaurants & Bars. we have stayed here many times and will continue coming back whenever we are in the area.

Our family stay for Labor Day weekend 2017.
Terrible service at front desk from the get go. Rude I'm only here for a paycheck help!
No boat and trailer parking. A water resort should really have thought about that instead of treating guests to pay the same amount to stay as a second class citizen.

Okoboji area's BEST all-in-one resort! Comfortable room accomodations, excellent dining options onsite, terrific indoor-outdoor waterpark, seasonal zipline and fishing pond, and more! You never have to leave the resort to have a great time, but you're only minutes away from everything else should you want to venture out. Highly recommended!

Located on edge of lake with views. I rented a suite it was wonderful! Very clean! Very nice with a deck with table and chairs. full kitchen, coffee maker microwave, fridge, stove oven,dishwaher, breakfast bar and full dining room table. Full size couch, coffee table TV and fireplace in living room area. Bedroom king size bed lots of pillows multiple types,
Walking distance, on same property, to great dinner.
On weekends water park open, I was there during the week , and besides who wants to see a 60 year old going down a waterslide..lol
I enjoyed the very very clean rooms, not water view from my room , but others available.
Friendly staff, pleasant and helpful.
Enjoy the stay, and if you want to play in the water park go on weekend after Labor Day.

Our family meets there every year for a reunion. This resort has great amenities and the suites have full kitchens. My struggle is truly with the rooms as they need updating and some deep cleaning. For what is paid in the summer months you would expect more.
On a positive note, the service is good and the location is nice.
