Stayed here for my daughtwrs formal. Stunning views from our 3 brm apartment. Really could have stayed longer to enjoy it. Beautiful pool area. Helpful staff on phone and on checkin. Probably needs a fresh lick of paint in places and updated lounges which were showing their age, but really am being a bit picky there. Recommend.

I stayed here recently with friends and family for a wedding and it was absolutely amazing. The 3 bedroom room was very spacious with fantastic river views. The bedding and pillows were also so comfy! The lady on reception is very friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and hope to stay here again in the future! Thanks for a great stay!

This is such a great location and it provides outstanding views over the river and the Harbour Bridge. All of the staff I met were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk. The facilities need a bit of refreshing but all in all a good place to stay. Thank you.

The location is these apartments are fantastic, we had a 3 bedroom top floor apartment overlooking the river. the rooms could all do with a make over as they are looking very tired and worn. The staff were great very helpful both before our arrival and during. The pool and gardens are amazing. Getting around was so easy as a short stroll to the free city hopper ferry service is a mere 5 minutes from the site. Great bars and local restaurants are also easy to get to. Secure underground parking was also a great bonus.

Located just off Story Bridge and with riverfron views depending on the location of your room. Taxi station just down the street and the free 'City Cat' ferry was a 5 min walk away.
Check in was a bit problematic as I thought they had charged me for the full stay but turns out they had only charged me for 1 night, as a deposit of sorts.
The manager and his wife were a bit...weird. I felt like they weren't as service minded as the average front desk staff at a hotel. The manager seemed angry at all times and when I said 'Good Morning' he didn't reply and couldn't even be bothered to look up from his phone.
The first night I got a Studio on the second floor. It was very small even for a studio but I thought that it would work for me seeing as I was travelling alone. Later on the first night the airconditioning broke down so it was a VERY HOT night for me, and not in the pleasant way ;)
I notified front desk the next morning and was upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor with Beautiful river views. This really made my stay that much better.
The apartment is a good size with a big balcony from the living room and a smaller one from the bedroom.
Good size bathroom aswell.
The pool area was nice and big. It was very well maintained and pool was always clean.
