Hotel is very good.i visit again in this hotel.very neat and clean room.staff is very good of this hotel.chane puri is very very tasty of this hotel.food quality is to good.lift also available in this hotel.

when we arrived at the hotel it looked great the room was very nice and clean,but the front desk staff were very arrogant and not helpful at all,we bought a tour from them, were told the driver would be with us all day and no rush,but once he dropped us off at the Mall Road he said he woudnt come back for us,as that he was finnished,we told him we were told by the manager that he was to wait for us,so we had to pay him,in full,when we got back to hotel after a very long walk,we tokld manager,what happened he said it was nothing to do with him,it was the other person who took our booking,we asked as a gesture of goodwill if he would deduct something off the bill he woudnt so we had to pay in full,would never recomend to anyone to stay here.

Hotel building is ok. But this really is a creepy Mafia Hotel. Very rude Owner/ Manager/ Staff. They are after your money at any cost. I will strongly recommend NOT to stay here.
You cannot go to your room with your luggage alone. The bellboy has to go with you. Never heard this before. The irony is: I checked in and paid, all along everyone including the Manager was there and they would not let me go to the room with my luggage alone. I sleep 1-2 night/s per week with work all over Germany and never heard this absurdity.
Please avoid this hotel.

We were group of 10 from our family. Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are very small and not well appointed. The bed linen were not upto the mark and may not meet basic hygiene conditions. The lighting is very poor. Room service was not good and morning tea was served only after 7.30. No running hot water and it is available only during specific time. The sitting arrangement and location of TV was very odd and the entire hotel needs rearrangement and redesign.
The attitude of the management is not friendly. No value for money. Not recommended.
There are other descent and good hotels are available around. You may have to pay little extra there but you might get peace of mind and value for money.

We spend 2 hours for a good hotel near lakkad bazar and every hotel was bad and cheap. BRIGHTLAND hotel was very well maintained hotel with good staff. Rooms are big and have good space. We took 2 rooms and both the rooms were very nice. Almost every room has different interiors. One of the rooms had step-bed next to window which has amazing city/valley view. We spent 2 nights at this place. Food was decent. This hotel is 10 min walk away from mall road. One should definitely visit MALL ROAD, SHIMLA!
Note: Only customers who book suit rooms will be provided CAR PARKING. You have to park the car in govt parking which is again 10 min away. Other hotels do not have parking at all.
