I especially loved the restaurant and how the waitresses took care of you in the morning every morning Lien would great me and get my usual juices milk etc without asking she was great. I plan on coming back next year again. Great job

Chia Pon 12/11/2017 14:07Clean and beautiful room. Facing the Han River and you even see the water and light show at dragon bridge fro the room. Great choice of breakfast ad superb customer service. Great city from their rooftop bar in the evening and night time.
Walking distance to Han market and there are few nice restaurants nearby.

tonfanon 11/11/2017 19:40Well things didn’t get off to very good start - I was kept hanging about in the funky smelling lobby because my room wasn’t ready on time; however, they did let me use an office to write some emails since they didn’t have a business centre. The room was not as clean as it should have been - more attention could have been paid to the basics. I had a meal in the rooftop restaurant which was not very inspirational- solid tourist fare. Although I was the only person in the restaurant the service was slow and the food cold - it had not been a direct route from the kitchen to my table. I was happy that I was unable to extend my stay due to lack of space at the hotel.

I was stranded by Typhoon Damrey and could not move onto Hoi An or Hue due to the flooding. The staff were wonderful in trying to help me reschedule my trip. They spent an age on the phone calling around (there was nothing in it for them... Just great service). Rooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast puts the best 5* hotels to shame. Lunch was perfect. Honestly, I can't praise them enough. You won't regret staying here.

Thomas Ton 27/10/2017 14:12"Last Wednesday we returned home. We stayed in Grand Suite room for 4 days. And we really enjoyed it! The room was clean, plenty of space and excellent view to Han river. The staff was very helpful and friedly.
In the future we will recommend your hotel to other people!"
