On returning home after a two night stay I realised I had left items in the room I had occupied with my friend. After numerous attempts to ring the hotel they showed a total lack of duty of care. I have since been told no items were handed in. Both myself and my friend know these items were in the room. I have travelled a lot and have always felt my things in the hotel rooms were safe, after this I certainly won’t feel as confident

Hotel clean all decor very dated.
Staff polite and friendly.
Was a mess up with our rooms ( work group of 9) and two of our group had to wait 40 minutes to sort it out.
Food my burger was fine, cheese sandwich was very dry and hard and pizzas and lasagna all ok. Loud drunken people in hotel bar - would have be intimidating if I was on my own. Some rooms had problems with noise opposite - hotel did try to sort out.
Probably would stay again but only if cheap.

Absolutely disgusted stayed here one night here bang last night when I was in bed half sleeping got a fright just thought I banged dresser or something . Got up morning took my phone of the charger as I left it on all night opened the phone case and found out I was missing 3 bank cards . Went reception spoke manager they done check on the card said only us in there so we’re did the cards go then . They didn’t even check the camera to see disgusted wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any one clearly some one got a master card over rude one thing I’m sure about there was s Big Bang in our room bit got up no one there .

Stayed here on Thursday night. Concert break. Check in was easy. Went to room. Could of done with a good clean. Looked ok until. You move furniture. Thick dust. Enamel pealing off the bath so only could have a shower. Had something to eat in bar and very tasty. Breakfast in morning different. Went at 9 and all hot food dried. Just had bacon toast. Won't stay again

It’s got 4 walls and a roof over your head , I’d use it as last resort if Noah’s ark doesn’t come... Needs a good refirb, all a bit dated unfortunately.
Easy to access via road links near by, oh and there’s a good big Tesco over the road if that’s anything to help out making a decision.
