I visited here with friends the hotel itself was ok our room was quite big with plenty of room for my wheelchair the bathroom was well equipped but was in need of a good clean
I was not to impressed with the meals the first night I had fish which was over cooked and found a big bone in which put me off the whole meal
I didn’t go down the next night and opt for a bar meal of scampi and chips which although was nice the chips were cold
Then to top it off the friend I was sharing with forgot to pack her 2 hot brushes and a bag with things in she had bought at the market when she contacted the hotel was told nothing had been found and handed in which seems strange as we knew they had been left in the room !!

This is not the best looking hotel from the outside, and the car park is very busy because of the airport parking, but once you're inside it gets better.
We had an upgraded room and it was very large and very comfortable and nice and warm too.
The bar and restaurant are very reasonably priced and the breakfast was fantastic.
The only downside is that there isn't much around it in an evening, the local pub is a five minute walk away and thats about it.

please be careful with personal belongings just returned after a 2 night stay with friends a friend left a few personal item s in her room tried several times on sunday to contact hotel and got no reply on monday she had to make several calls to speak to the manager and was told nothing was found in the the room when we know exactly where the item were in the room when in contact with the hotel today was told because she left them they dont class it as theft this leaves me thinking did room service clean tge roon suffiently enough and did the next occupant find the items

I stayed here on the 15th Novemeber, 2017, and it was fantastic, the room, that i got, was amazing, it was room 125, it had everything in it, especially, a safe, iron board as well as an iron, trouser press, big screen tv, to me it was amazing, i could not possible, ask for more, in a hotel, as i have been in a few hum dingers, ie crap holes, and this is the bees and knees, for me, anyway i felt really special, Brilliant, Hotel.

70s style hotel, clean , large rooms, beds comfortable, bathrooms needs update. Pillows horrible. Dog friendly. Easy very reasonable transfer to the airport only 3 pounds each. comfortable public area with bar. ok for price would use again. room smelt of smoke.
