The outside decor looked about as grey, drab and miserable as the inside. Although the inside was slightly more warmer. On the plus side the venue was clean but that's about as far as I can say in the grand scheme of things. We had a party of 6 on a Sunday afternoon. Ordering the food took an age and then delivering it to our table took even longer. Requesting any extra condiments were met with indignant sighs as if it was too much trouble The staff all looked to be tired and worn out - not by being busy - more by desperation at having to work in such a drab and soul less environment. We all collectively agreed as a group that we won't be going back ever again.

If I’d stayed just three nights, I’d have given it five stars, but I stayed four and was disappointed by breakfast on my last morning - indifferent service and inedible porridge. So I can only assume the chef had a day off, as did the waitress who had served the rest of the week and was fantastic. Other than that, this is a gem of a place to stay. A very nice pub with very nice rooms. It had all the things that, for me, make an excellent hotel - comfy bed, good coffee and tea, fresh milk in the fridge, lots of power sockets...
The only thing I’d flag up is that if you’re in a room on the top floor, it’s a very long way up (7 flights of stairs!) so not easy with a suitcase.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst working at Olympia. I was in room 5. Excellent rooms that have their own individual style and a million miles from the corporate every room is the same that you can get in city hotels.
Location was great and about a 10/15 minute very pleasant walk from from Olympia. I was at the front overlooking the park and even though it is on a busy road the double glazing ensured I had a peaceful nights sleep.
The room has full SKY tv inc sports which was good although I was out every night.
Staff are all very polite apart from chef but then aren’t chefs meant to be grumpy lol. Drinks prices are pretty much average London rates. Breakfast was excellent with some great choices.
Overall it’s hard to find any faults and would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay the rooms are finished to a very high standard with all mod cons . The bar is lovely and relaxed and idea for day time chat and few drinks. We had lunch and breakfast and both were excellent . the local area is really nice and very close to tube station, central london is only few stops away.

Have to recommend the brook green hotel . Great location for Olympia . Superb rooms and pub . Excellent team who looked after all our needs . Commended to the wonderful GM Sasha .
