Staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious with comfortable seating and a great TV. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator and microwave were great to have available. The hotel was spotlessly clean; the free breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

A nicely updated older building with contemporary/modern motif. The rooms are very nice and beds/pillows comfortable. However, walls are thin (on one side I could hear the person in the next room snoring and on the other side the TV show someone was watching - not just noise - but loud enough to hear the dialog of the show). The HVAC controls are updated, allowing you to set the temp but no control over fan speed or ability to set it to 'On' to keep air circulating. The shower head height is low, as is the water pressure.
The really unfortunate thing is the lack of attention to detail. I was staying in a premium suite. When I got to my room there was nothing - no snacks/coffee/drinks/anything. I called the front desk and within 20 or so minutes housekeeping came and stocked everything - with sincere apologies.
Room service: ordered a soup, chili and bisque on subsequent nights - each time, no spoon - took 5-10 minutes for someone to return with a spoon and the as delivered lukewarm dish had cooled even more. The bowls they use are too large to put in the microwave - not that the portion is huge, just the dish - but still, warming room service food shouldn't be necessary. Other items ordered were not delivered as stated on the menu or need to be rethought. The wedge salad is a quarter of a large head of iceberg lettuce with some onions, cherry tomatoes and bacon crumbles on the edge of the plate, drizzled with a bit of thinned dressing - it was 80% plain lettuce wedge. The wild mushroom bisque serviced with asparagus and house-made chips was anything but wild. Clearly made with canned sliced mushrooms and a cream base with no flavor development. The only real flavor was actually bitterness - from the asparagus stems in the soup, not 'served with' as stated on the menu, and there were no chips.
Breakfast: omelettes were ok - depending on the person cooking (1 day was perfect, 1 day was pretty bad - barely warmed ingredients, way overcooked/browned eggs). The buffet portion was just bad - everything was cold. The scramble cheesy eggs were rubbery/gritty/fake tasting and cold. The potatoes were mostly par-cooked, still pretty white and cold. The sausage links were barely browned, yet shriveled, tough and cold. The 'crispy bacon' (according to the sign) was rubbery and soft the 1st day, perfect the 2nd day, overcooked the 3rd, but always cold. Bread options were white or wheat bread, onion, poppy seed or plain bagels and on the 1st day, no butter to be found, the another day, still frozen.
If I were to return to this area, I would most likely stay somewhere else.

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel! The room was very spacious, I’d never say this since we are a large family of 6, but for just the 2 of us it was pretty nice!! I especially liked the happy-hour! Had amazing free drinks and snacks! I also highly recommend the World of Beers Resturant! Sunday’s they have AUCE boneless wings, which are really chicken strips, AMAZING!!!

Great place to stay, totally remodeled, wonderfully friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again. Awesome free breakfast and evening manager reception! Have been staying at this hotel for many years and always look forward to it.

Not a whole lot to do in Brookfield, but if the purpose of your trip is to go to Miller Park, then this is a great place to stay. Shuttle bus to the stadium isn't free. You're better off driving or taking a Lyft. The hotel itself is fine. if you like Embassy Suites (I do), you'll have no complaints about this one.
