I stayed here after buying a groupon deal which included an afternoon tea too. The room was amazing with a view over the racetrack. It was very clean, comfy bed and huge TV. The bathroom had a fabulous shower. The hotel was really nice and all the staff were very friendly. Breakfast the next day was self service but very tasty. I'd love to go back and stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, our panoramic suite was faultless, few issues checking in and booking that were eventually sorted out after a 2hour wait! Reception staff not the most helpful and our afternoon tea was never offered to us. However this is a lovely hotel in a great location.

This is our first visit to this hotel although we have visited nearby Mercedes World many times. We checked in earlier than anticipated which was nice but check in didn't go smoothly due to me being a Groupon Newbie and the fact that they wanted me to pay again for the room I had already paid for. Eventually this was sorted but I was slightly embarrassed. Also to try and upgrade which the hotel offered me directly didn't go smoothly either and I ended up emailing them at least three times with Arthur from Twitter finally sorting it out. We were on a track facing room and this was lovely and clean with fresh towels and nice bath robes. We sat down for our cream tea with Prosecco and the waiter was very attentive bringing out the cream tea which wasn't cream tea as I know it, it was scones with cream and jam and tea, no sandwiches. This is Full Cream Tea apparently so check this if you order one. I used the gym facilities which are a little past their sell by and need updating especially as two of the machines I used didn't even have sound for the tv, shame considering the cost for the rooms. We ate in the 1907 restaurant that night and that was excellent with the waiter again being very attentive and we asked him not to rush our meal, which he kindly didn't. Pea soup, rump medallions and creme brulee were absolutely divine and the atmosphere within the restaurant was wonderful. Breakfast was served between 7-11am, buffet style which we love and the food was good all piping hot and lots of it. They remembered it was my birthday and put a plate of chocolates in the room which was a lovely touch with a handwritten card. If I had to give them feedback on a negative it would be that there was no information pack within the rooms so we didn't know when breakfast was served and we didn't know when check out was either. It is the small touches that would give this hotel five out of five.

Excellent customer service, Food was delicious and portions were just right, restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly. Spa area wasn't too busy managed to use outdoor hot tub nicely. Highly recommended

I ran an event here for the beginning of June. The service was exceptional both in the lead up to the event and during the event with all queries dealt with promptly. The hotel itself is modern and clean and an air of calm and efficiency sweeps through the meeting rooms due to the clever design - where all back of house operations take place quite rightly behind closed doors! The meeting rooms are well equipped, although the meeting tables could probably do with a little TLC.
Although I didnt get to enjoy the spa during my show round I remember how stunning the complimentary facilities were with relaxation areas. It would be great to come for a spa break.
The hotels location is perfectly located for Heathrow, Gatwick and London Waterloo. I would highly recommend this as a well positioned alternative to central London hotels.
