Jeg har booket og betalt for 6 overnatninger, fordi jeg troede det levede op til de forventninger der er efter at have læst om hotellet på hotellets hjemmeside, men jeg er voldsom skuffet og må planlægge hele min ferie om, ifht, hvad jeg skulle lave de forskellige dage, især også gr. Transporten. Kan ikke anbefale hotellet til mere end 1 overnatning max.

I have booked and paid for 6 nights because I thought it lived up to the expectations after reading about the hotel on the hotel's website but I am severely disappointed and have to plan my entire vacation if, what to do Different days, especially also the transport. Can not recommend the hotel for more than 1 night max.

Stayed here for a week and had a pleasant experience. I had opted for a twin-room. The room size was decent. The bathrooms were clean and housekeeping was done daily.It would have been ideal to provide a kettle in the room to make coffee/tea.
The hotel is about 800 M from årstaberg train station. The walk is not very comfortable. Another option for public transport is the tram station which is 600M from the hotel. This is closed for upgrade this summer hence I had to walk to the train station.
One of the good things is that Stockholm Central is only about 10 minutes by train.
The location is very close to the highway so reaching by car makes it very comfortable. Also, it has a free car parking which adds to the advantage.
The breakfast was continental and was really nice. There was hot breakfast options with a variety of tea available. The staff was courteous.
The shared kitchen could be improved upon. It was smelly and not always clean. There are no utensils available and that makes it very difficult to cook anything.
One of the drawbacks of the hotel is that there are very few restaurants nearby. The only ones close is the Burger King and Best Western Capital. For more options, one would need to walk up to a Kilometer which might not be very pleasant during winter. There is not much to do as part of night-life.
If you want to stay for couple of nights exploring the city, then this hotel fits into your budget. I would not recommend for a long stay.
The owners are courteous and go out of the way to make you comfortable. They even had breakfast ready for us at 6.00 AM on a weekend since I had to catch a flight.

Stayed there 7 days, loved it!
The effort they make to keep customers happy is impressive. Katarina and Bjorn where 2 of the receptionist we met, those guys are lovely, they will try to make your wishes come true and help in any way, really genuine personalities. Also the bosses son, whom you might see there in the mornings helping is nice, went into all the trouble to search for tickets and location of Friends Arena stadium where AIK and Helsingborg were playing against in a football match.
The breakfast is by far the best thing that comes with booking a room there. You'd thought breakfast in a 2 star hotel what good will it be? Wrong! the breakfast is excellent, equivalent with higher rating star hotels, and its nice gesture from the boss and staff to make all the effort and prepare breakfast for the guests.
The only downside of this Hotel is the location. Located 10 minutes away from the train station that takes you to Central Stockholm. If you are a tourist you might not feel comfortable having to walk every time that much to reach the Hotel.
For us that was not the case, we did not mind the distance.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy and clean. It is not far away from the centre, although you will need to get the tram to get to the centre. By tram, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the centre of Stockholm.

This hotel was a little far from center of city, for reach to central part need to take one bus and one train , its breakfast was too well, the reception was too hospitabilty ,it was inside nearly refurnished ,bathroom only shower , no phone in access of rooms, boiled water is in acess if you need , a kitchen exist in each stage, rooms locker is well doing by cardas a little far from center of , here is only one king burger and a supermarket
