I stayed at this hotel for 1 Friday night in November. The hotel is well situated although there is a lot of construction taking place around the hotel.
The check-in was very quick, the room was very clean, wifi worked very well, coffee in the room was a nice addition. I was a bit surprised that there was a 25EUR fee to watch television however.
Bathrooms could use a bit of an update but overall still serviceable. The telephone in the room did not work and I had to dial the reception using my cell phone. They sent a tech to fix the phone right away and offered me a free drink at the bar as a token which was a nice touch.
I was staying on the 5th floor and although not the fault of the hotel the windows are very thin and i could hear everything happening in the area outside until 5am which was very loud and affected my sleep.
The hotel is in a good location, I would stay again, but would request a higher floor or a different side of the hotel away from the bars.

This hotel , near 'la Bourse' and 'La Grand Place' is a very nice hotel. Perfect for business but also for family. All services that you need are possible. Its beautyfull and maybe not for free. But deserves his stars.

Would recommend- a long walk from the Central train station . Close to grand place - around the clock snacks at the exec lounge, Large hotel room by European standards. We got a suite. Was a little bit noisy at night from the streets noise. Overall would recommend. Have a nice restaurant there for breakfast.

I just came back from a weekend in Brussels with a group of friends and my son. Half of the group staid in the Marriott the other half in another hotel.
At the end the Marriott hotel became our point of reunion for the fantastic location. We had lunch at the bar and we were really happy with the food and service.
Overall this hotel provide a fantastic service very welcoming and helpful, and for that reason all my friends will stay at this hotel the next time they have to go to Brussels.

The hotel is perfectly situated for walking within the city. The Grand Place is about a three minute walk. The room was spacious, and clean but dated. I have two "gripes" - firstly the gym is very small and equipment was old. Secondly, the executive lounge is on the ground floor and the member plus one guest is not applied. I do have to mention Aileen who works in bar and grill she was the best waitress I think I have ever had. I will return to Brussels and probably this hotel but I would hope that Marriott have included with particular hotel on its room remodel schedule by my next visit.
