The room has many utilities, good kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes that permites you to cook and keep your food fresh. Also it has a good bed, clean towels, wifi conection, so you can work there if you want.

I was pleased with the room - it was clean and well equipped. Directv. Full size top freezer fridge. The area was not the greatest (next to a freeway, somewhat shady characters in the vicinity). But people, chill. The price is very good. The room is clean and the room was quiet despite being next to the 5 fwy. You're not there to get to know the neighbors to take it for what it is - a rather inexpensive room that is actually quite nice. You'll be gone in a day or 2 so don't be too picky!

This motel was horrible! It smelled smoke. Big road outside and it was very loud noice from cars driving by. The area this motel is located in didn't feel safe. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this motel.

Don't let the exterior fool you, the rooms have been remodeled and they are great! We stayed on the 4th floor because the lower levels were being remodeled. We got a great deal for what we paid. Our room had clean wood "tile" floors, two queen beds, an eating area with a table and two chairs, a beautiful vanity, a walk in shower with glass sliding doors, AND A KITCHEN AREA!!! There was a full refrigerator/freezer, an electric stove with two burners, a sink, microwave, and kitchen sink. We could have lived there all week! Hollywood was about a 40 minute drive (and Venice Beach). There's a gas station right in front of the hotel-perfect for snacks, drinks, etc. For food: we found two good restaurants on Yelp that were right around the corner. TWO BIG THUMBS UP!!!!
Our remote control didn't work the first night we got there and the clerk personally offered to come up to our room to fix it- and he did! Super cool, nice guy.

Hotel is in a rough area of LA. And being by msyelf it didn't feel safe. The hotel does not have a laundry room for guests or a pool. And the parking lot is very SMALL. With that said the staff and owners are really nice.
