This hotel is really relaxing with multiple pools, a trail to run on, a gym, soccer fields and a restaurant. Across the street is a Hipermaxi (super market) and a lot of ATMs to exchange money.
The hotel has their own taxi service and all of the drivers are fantastic!
Johanthan and the rest of the bell boys are the sweetest and will help you with anything you need.
They also offer hot spots for $5 a day, which I took full advantage of.

very nice place; the only comment is that the breakfast should have more varieties of cheese and cereals.
The hypermarket very near to the hotel (2 minutes walking) was a great advantage.
Staff are really helpful and sympathetic.

Huge rooms, comfortable beds, average service, long check-in and check-out. The restaurant next to the pool is pretty average. Nice pools, ok breakfast.
Nothing spectacular just ok.
It is pretty expensive

We stayed in a Suite Premium for 4 days. The apartment had three bedrooms, one on an upper floor with a narrow staircase. We liked the apartment but it does not look like the official images and we where staying there in "low season". There are small images informing you the quality of the wifi in the room. The bedrooms had no wifi and in the living room the signal should have been "good = green" but the kids still complained that it was slow.
The bathrooms are very small but each room had it's own bathroom. The hotel is enclosed with guards and you check in and out as you leave the premises. There are lots of space to walk around and facilities like: play ground, soccer field, basketball court, tennis court and three pools. One of the pool is heated. The hotel area has private apartments as well and there are quite a bit of parking spaces with cars around the compound.
We ate a few times in the restaurant by the pool. The food was ok but a bit expensive. A great plus is that there is a Hipermaxi (super market with food court right next to the hotel). The restaurant by the pool plays old fashion music from musicals. We asked them to change the music but they didn't. The service when ordering drinks by the pool was very slow.
The service in the reception on the other hand was good and we really liked the taxi services with nice 7-seated cars with seat belts (!). This way all 6 of us could fit in a car and go to places in a safe manner. All prices were listed in the car. We asked them to pick us up at a specific time or just called them and they brought us back to the hotel. Very nice indeed!
Our son forgot his iPhone6 plus in the restaurant and they immediately called our room and returned it. One of the perks of charging all meals to your room is that they know in which room you are.... My husband forgot is wallet on the counter when we checked out and they sent it to us at the airport with a taxi in time for our flight (puh!). It would have been better if they contacted us directly via the taxis waki-taki but perhaps they didn't notice the wallet right away and didn't know who it belonged to.
Overall we had a very relaxing stay with the family relaxing in the pool, enjoying food and drinks and playing basked ball with the kids. I think we got a decent price as well but we where at Buganvillas off-season so it was nice and quiet.
I missed a good place to dry our bathing suits. There was a space for it in the utility room next to the kitchen, but that bar had not been clean as was filled with dust and our stuff didn't fit there very well. Something to use on the small balcony would have been nice.
