We were pleasantly surprised. We had apartment 3 and everything we needed was provided. Kitchenette was great with all electrical appliances and worked well. The location is near the library and a short stroll to the beach and shops. The reception staff were pleasant and friendly. Would certainly stay there again.

WE booked a room on the internet the same day as we arrived- room was on the ground floor next to the stairwell and garage entrance/exit. We asked to change the room but were told that we had to take it as we had booked a budget room. Room was very dated and shabby, though clean, and very noisy even with the blinds down. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well. We were already awake at 7am when a huge truck arrived outside our window. The driver proceeded to work right outside our window; I assume he was emptying drains or a septic tank because the smell was atrocious. WE couldn't pack up quick enough and got out of there by 7.45am. The only positive was the location which was very central to all amenities

We stayed here for 1 night. It’s in a nice location near the courthouse and about 5 minutes walk to the beach. The building is quite dated, but our room was quite clean and spacious. Surprisingly there was no bedside table which was quite odd. The room was old style which would have been great about 40 years ago. There was good parking in the basement below. I tolerated it but my wife said never again as she needs a bedside table.

Very disappointed that when we tried to transfer our dates because of work commitments we were told NO. We didn't want to cancel the booking just change the dates.
Bad form. Enjoy my money. I will never rebook or recommend to friends.

Management are very nice, property is located on a quiet street but yet in a fantastic location.
Management very helpful with storing bags on arrival and departure.
Short distance to the beach and abundance of shops cafes and bars.
