Lovely hotel
Cati Son 19/10/2017 20:40Big spacious room, clean and with a lovely view to the ruins of the old Mystras.
Room have been renovated but the structure of the building has the allure of an old fashioned place. I love the detail on the doors of the wardrobe with HB carved on them.
Friendly staff.
A wonderful place to stay.
John Bon 10/10/2017 19:23Rooms were clean, beds comfy and staff are extremely helpful. Balconies have breathtaking views of the mountains and hotel is located right next to the town square ( I.e next to restaurants. bus to Sparta and general stores). Would definitely stay again.
In need of tlc
notacouchpotatoon 05/10/2017 12:14This is very tired looking hotel both in the public rooms and in the bedrooms. Ours was very small with little space for luggage and it seemed filled with twin beds pushed together - and extremely uncomfortable ones at that. the air con was erratic and shut off at various times - clearly an ancient system, as was the bathroom which was miniscule and boasted the tiniest shower which you could just about squeeze into and had a curtain, not glass so it was easy to flood the floor. Breakfast was a bit dismal but at least it was possible to get out of the stuffy and poorly decorated breakfast room onto the patio overlooking the pool.
Good base for Mystras and hiking
StuartVineon 04/10/2017 17:06A comfortable hotel in the centre of the village.The room was fine, with a balcony looking down onto the square. The buffet breakfast was perfectly adequate. The little pool in the garden was wonderful after a long, sweaty hike in the mountains! The public areas of the hotel could do with some work, they're beginning to look a little shabby.
Good location to see Sparta and Old Mystras

The big plus for this hotel is the friendly staff.
Good car park.
Possible to do a number of local walks from the hotel including the Mystras site.
