What People are saying

Great little overnight stay in Milan.

Wojiaotudo on 09/04/2017 08:41

Friendly staff and a great breakfast which included scrambled eggs! The toilet and shower room was separate from the bedroom but we were aware of this during booking. Luckily, neither my partner or I had to wait at any point. Good location in relation to transport links and main strain station. I would recommend this place to friends. Contrary to other reviews our stay was nice and peaceful.

Very poor hotel

I really don't recommend staying here. The room was small, dirty (lots of spider webs) and smelt strongly of stale cigarettes. The bathroom was quite a way down the hall, was again dirty, the shower was always cold and there was rarely any toilet paper. At breakfast we asked for a 2nd coffee but were told we needed to pay for it... it's coffee!!! Also quite a walk to the nearest tube station. Very poor

For those who need just bed

We were met by a man who could speak English but chose to speak Italian even if we were responding in English. Not worth the money paid. Room small and old, not too clean. We found some long hair in the bathroom. Not to mention smallest towels I have ever seen in the hotel. Hotel is situated in the street that is really noicy with intensive traffic even in the night time. If you chose not to pay additional 10€ for air-conditioning, you will not survive the night either because it's hot in the room, or because of the noice from the street - tram is going by. We tried that and I know what I mean. Breakfast was not too bad.

Noisiest nights sleep in Italy!

Travelled here as a young couple going round Italy on the cheap, so our expectations were not too high. But still, the noise from the busiest road in Milan it seems, outside your window, with the bar over the road stops all chance of getting to sleep. You will have your window open because you have to pay for air con, which we were not prepared to do out of principle, and it was absolutely boiling at night! Bathroom was actually really clean and shower was powerful... When you managed to get hot water- get your shower early! Staff were friendly enough, location we did not like and would recommend staying further in the city closer to the centre where I'm assuming you might feel a little safer! 10 mins away from metro walking which isn't too bad, but be prepared for all men to look at you if you are a woman- must be a Milan thing?..! Maybe skip on Milan unless you have a lot of money to spend in a luxury hotel near the cathedral or something...

Stay elsewhere

Pros: friendly staff, room was relatively clean

Cons: Basically everything else. I came with low expectations and was still disappointed.

Only one power outlet in the room (which the TV was plugged into)

Very noisy location with windows that do just about nothing to stifle the sound. Floors also poorly insulated, so if there's someone above you, you will loudly hear their every motion.

We booked a room with a private bathroom. The shower had the least amount of pressure I have ever experienced, and the water temperature did not get above lukewarm.

The "towels" provided were the size of bath mats. Could not even wrap around my body (and I am not a large man).

The pillow was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable -- woke up with neck pain every day.

The neighborhood it's in is also sketchy with lots of graffiti everywhere.

My recommendation: shell out an extra $20 and stay somewhere better.
