If you want a five-star Venetian experience, make your reservation at the Ca'Sagredo Hotel. A refurbished palace with a fascinating history, the Ca'Sagredo is in a wonderful location. Whether you want to explore Venice by foot or from the water, the hotel's location is ideal. Water taxis transport you directly to and from the hotel, and the main tourist spots are all within twenty minutes walking distance. The room we stayed in was delightful, the breakfasts met our high expectations, the staff were friendly and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

My Husband and I visited Venice in June for our 2nd Wedding Anniversary and stayed at the Ca Segredo Hotel. This was our first visit to Venice and a place I had longed to Visit for a while. Our taxis boat from Marco Polo Airport delivered us to the door of the hotel where we were received by the Jolly porter. We were shown to our room and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were attentive and we were looked after. The hotel at this time had the sculpture of the hands by Lorenzo Quinn up the outside. This made the hotel very much a photographic hotspot as the board stopped with tourists to photograph it. The hotel itself is a national heritage and has beautiful paintings still adorning some of the walls. It's very much a museum aswell and you cannot help but walk around in awe of this beautiful building. Our room was luxurious and beautiful kept. We ate in the restaurant one evening which was pricey, however worth every penny as the food was beautifully presented and tasted so good. Venice itself is beautiful and we walked for miles and always coming across little squares and canals with cafes . There are plenty of places to eat and plenty of places to shop. If you want designer and high prices you will certainly get what you want near St Marks Square and in the shopping Centre or if you just want to browse at lower prices then plenty for those. Venice is place to suit everyone. It is a place to fall in love. I certainly have.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location! Great beds, great views of Grand Canal...
A bit pricy but worth it! Fantastic staff, breakfast and location. Could not have asked for more...hope to return soon. The weather was perfect

We stayed at the Ca'Sagredo for two nights. We wished that we had longer when we got to the hotel. Our junior suite was delightful and very comfortable. It was well appointed and spacious. The public areas of the hotel are nothing less than spectacular and the breakfast rooms have to be seen to be believed. The bar on the Grand Canal was a lovely place to rest after sight seeing and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal that we ate in the hotel restaurant. Sadly we did not get to try the roof top bar as it was closed for a private function one night and raining the next. I am sure it would offer amazing views. The staff were as helpful and efficient as you would expect in a hotel of this standard.
The location of the hotel is also excellent being right next to a ferry stop and with a number of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Sure it was not cheap but it was very good value. We loved our stay at this hotel and will certainly stay there again next time we go to Venice.

This hotel is in the Canareggio area, far from the chaos of St. Mark's (which is nonetheless easily accessible by vaporetto. It is like staying in a fine museum with incredible art, magnificent staircase, and stunning public rooms including the breakfast rooms. We stayed in the Grand Canal view suite and loved it (about twice the size of our first apartment). Staff were kind and accommodating. Only glitch was the absence of a valet when we arrived by water taxi and had to shlep our bags to the front desk by ourselves. No big deal but a slip up nonetheless. Happily, the only one. Would certainly stay again and highly recommend it.
