Everything about this hotel was amazing! Food, staff and entertainment could not fault one bit. We enjoyed every moment special shout out to Sam who went the extra mile to make hour stay perfect 😊 Definitely recommend this hotel!!

Just returned from holiday here and had a fabulous time. All areas spotless and rooms cleaned daily . Food excellent and staff in all areas of the hotel friendly and helpful, to mention a few -Racquel on reception,Nathalie one of the entertainment staff ,Romina and Sam behind the bar. It is very Spanish and that was just what we wanted and loved. Would like to thank everyone at the hotel for an amazing holiday andwould certainly recommend 😀😀

We stayed here the last week in August and had a lovely holiday, I would have to agree with previous comments and say this is a very Spanish hotel with 95% of the guests being from here, this is no bad thing though but it does take a little getting used to as the meal times seem very late to us and the activities gone on later the funniest thing though is in the afternoon when most people have a siesta and there are only about 20 people around the pool you do have a great choice of sun beds though. There was a slight problem with our rooms when we arrived and we had to share a suite between us, but after the first night we had a suite with a jacuzzi each so we were more than happy, the food was very good and the theme nights were exceptional, we also enjoyed the animation and acts that came in,the animation people made a real effort to include us when they knew we were British to let us know what was happening, the bar staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and tried to help us with our broken Spanish, Samuel & Romina were lovely. The only problem I would say is that the area around is very quiet so don't go if you want to go to bars and stuff, but if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday where you want to practice your Spanish this is the place for you. Just a quick note if you want to catch the bus into Almeria which is interesting the bus leaves from the end of the road and is a very reasonable €1.05. Thanks for a great holiday.

Just returned home after a 7 day visit with my daughter and grandson.
Hotel is spotless, everywhere is very clean.
Rooms nice and big , cleaned daily.
Not enough staff on bar at evenings resulting in long waiting times.
Restaurant very busy but good selection of food and it was always edible.
My only disappointment is that if you venture out on an evening for a meal out , there are no menus in English and not a lot of English spoken, it really does seem to be a hotspot for Spanish people , and doesn't cater for any other nationality really.
Got to mention Samuel on the indoor bar, he's an absolute credit to the hotel.

I stayed here with my girlfriend and family for 10 nights, the staff were very nice and happy, Samuel and Romina who work on the bars were the best and really made an effort. Food was very nice and there was a really good selection at the buffet during breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would say the only thing that lets the hotel down is that there is not enough staff in the buffet/resteraunt area and it can get quite chaotic when it's busy at dinner time, all the staff try there hardest but there just isn't enough of them.
Apart from that we had a really nice holiday.
