It was very nice hotel! the restaurant was fantastic with variety of food! Also the stuff of the spa was very friendly and i really enjoyed "cretan massage" . I recommend to visit also all the spa facilities.

Good quality hotel resort with spa and all inclusive. Spacious rooms big LCD TV and clean Hotel. Nice location just in the middle of Small town Stalis good to walk some 4 km both right and left. Near Heraklion on the way to Agios Nikolaos. Decent but small beaches but plenty of bars to chill in. Hotel catering is good and variable each day different world country cuisine. Best of course local Hellas meals. There is a good big Gym and nice Spa in da house. There are hot saunas and hamam all working good. Hotel territory nicely and comfortably designed. There are places to chill at the pools. To sum up quite good hotel resort for the money worth to visit and stay for a week or more.

Stayed here for a week with the mrs, the hotel is a 5* hotel which I can see why but the hotel lacks certain appeal to the younger generation.
Pros:
- The food is amazing, very tasty and has a lot of variety
- All the staff are friendly at the hotel
- Clean, comfortable room with minimum noise
- There is no trouble with any loudmouth brits at the hotel
- They allow you to check out later for a fee, we paid 40 euros to check out at 5pm and not 11am. This then includes food/drink for lunch
Cons:
- The hotel has next to no evening entertainment, does not cater for adults ranging from 18-30
- The hotel is full of germans and caters to them and thats it.
- The outdoor swimming pool is in the direct centre and if you do go in it you will feel like you are on show to the world
- The hotel does not allow use of its all inclusive program on its sister 4* hotel cactus beach, which I find stupid because the same company owns both chains. If they did allow this it would allow you to use the cactus beach bar and use your all inclusive card there.
- The drinks offered on the all inclusive program are okay, but you may find some classic favourites missing and require extra payment.
If you do stay here, then do the following trips as we found them extremely good value for money:
- The happy train tour to Krasi - 22 euro each
- The spinalonga tour with bbq (turn right from coming out the hotel and speak to the excursion german blonde lady) - 25 euro each
- Go to heraklion, 4euro per person on the local bus, spend a few days here and do all the museums and the palace of Knossos.
- Walk from the hotel to the Malian palace, it will take an hour but it is worth it

Amazing new hotel with great premises, friendly staff and very good food. The hotel is located 30 minutes away from Heraklion international airport and therefore is easily accessible! Just outside you will find many taverns, bars and shops.

We spent time in this hotel just right after it was newly opened. My memories are of the highest standard:
+the room was very clean,
+the dishes delicious and the variety of food was on a good level. There were thematic dinners, we also enjoyed the drinks offer.
+ only few kids, mostly couples which made it a quiet place (there is a sister hotel Cactus Beach bungalow right next to this one, which was absolutely overcrowded and noisy)
+ it's in the centre of little village, lots of bard, restaurants and little shops around
- the beach is quite poor and you have to pay additionally for sunbeds and umbrellas.
