Great location, friendly staff & helpful. There was an issue with breakfast on Saturday & Sunday morning and the hotel deducted all associated charges. Room a bit dated but the hotel is currently in the process of upgrading. Would stay again.

Perfect position very close to the beach
Room dirty, breakfast service at least acceptable
Not so much expensive
Bad wi-fi connection, just fine with friends without great expectation.

Place charges an extra $45 per day on top. $20 for "parking" in their unsecured parking lot, $25 for continental breakfast of dry cereal and bad coffee. Rooms do not have A/C and have a fan that barely turns around.

I spent 2 nights here as a solo traveller, the location is great, just steps from the beach. The bathroom was the most modern part of the room, a nice tiled toilet/shower. But the room itself was unappealing - the bed was hard and loud, and the floor was COVERED in stains, the tv when you turned it on crackled white noise for about 5 mins before it stopped and you could watch anything. Internet was good. Food options in the morning were basic (coffee/tea/cereal/toast/a few pastrys) but the man serving was very nice and helpful. Not the best value considering the room

Stay somewhere else! The management photos are not a true representation of the rooms, the carpets are filthy and half of the electrics in the room don't work.
We were so disappointed when we arrived here for our 3 night stay, we went straight down to reception to change rooms but they were fully booked. Unfortunately we had paid when we booked this hotel or we would of gone elsewhere.we stayed here with a group of friends.
The location is great but noisy.
