In the Centurian tower, get extra towels, the design of the shower get water all over the bathroom floor. Like large puddles. Has happened to me every time I’ve stayed there. But Centurian tower is the nicest tower. Got shoved into a smoking room, stunk to high hell of cigarettes, DO NOT settle for this!!! Otherwise really can’t complain, not too bad, just a normal hotel room. Countertop was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Got a view of the top of a lower roof, doesn’t matter to me, but might want to request an ocean view.

I love Caesars Atlantic City. However this two-night stay was marred by arriving late so being assigned an upgraded room (good) but having to change rooms the next morning. I *hate* having to do that. My upgraded room was in the Ocean Tower, the first time I had ever stayed there. While the room I was given was ENORMOUS (a Hospitality Suite?) it was somewhat more rundown than my previous rooms in other towers. I also had bad problems connecting to the hotel wifi, which took about 30 minutes of phone calls to resolve. Strangely, this massive room didn't have a proper work desk. It had two bathrooms, but the fancy multi-head shower in one of them didn't work. My room in the Centurion Tower for night two was remodeled and just lovely! It also didn't have a desk, but did have a table/chair which worked sufficiently. I should state that everyone was nice about my inconvenience, but still it was bothersome. Still, I will return to Caesars.

Stayed in the Centurion Tower for 3 nights and the the room was very clean. The maids do an absolutely fantastic job. Ate at Gordon Ramsey's Pub, the Lobster Pie was very good. Caesar's is just consistently good ALL the time, not just sometimes, but All the time and that is a great thing not to worry about. It is also the best, by far, Boardwalk Hotel. Gambling on 2 floors and they are very spacious and that is nice.

everything was great, I didn't encounter any problems while I was there visiting, I had my 2 Great-grandchildren with me and they enjoyed theirselves also, we stayed 2 nights. The only problem I had was that the heat did not work the first night, but I called the front desk the next morning and they sent someone up to fix the thermostat.

I have always experienced great service, and quality in the rooms, food, etc. at Caesars. I have visited all the other casinos in AC, and found Caesars to be among the best. I like it because it close to shopping, other casinos, the boardwalk, other restaurants etc.
