Big apartments centrally located. Very clean and tidy. We were in Cairns for a conference at the convention centre and could walk easily from the apartment in less than 5 minutes. The only criticism is the shower heads that offer little water in such a big shower.

We needed a 2 bedroom apartment for accom and business meetings so took a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 days. Late check in was no problem and Anna was outstanding in greeting us and the way she looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble with typical North Queensland hospitality. Huge apartments and fantastic value for money. Walk to almost everything as it is right in the CBD. Spotlessly clean and everything worked. My now preferred lodgings in wonderful Cairns. I used it for business but would be perfect for family holidays.

Cairn City Apartments are just across the road from Cairns Central Shopping Centre. Great for those that need a little retail therapy. It was an easy walk to the wharf for dinning options, especially after a big meal. The apartments were well appointed although a little dated. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which had two bathrooms, which I much prefer. The mattress on my bed was a little old as I could feel the springs but apart from that, the apartment suited our needs. The staff were really helpful and very approachable. Balconies to the main family area and the bedrooms, which was also a bonus. I would stay there again.

The first thing we noticed when we checked in was how clean the apartment was. It was spotless!
We had a two bedroom apartment for our family of four. It was very big! Two bathrooms, two tv's, laundry, dishwasher. Everything you would have at home.
The location is great. It's under a ten min walk (with kids) to the lagoon which we walked to, everyday for a swim. Cafes, restaurants and places to shop are at your doorstep. Plus it is opposite Cairns Central Shopping Centre which has Kmart, Coles, Target and Myer.
The only negative about this place is it feels like an apartment block and not a resort/holiday style hotel. But you sacrifice that for the comfort of a clean and comfortable apartment.
The management and reception were all extremely friendly and welcoming!

My family stayed here 2 weeks ago and was not let down by this accommodation the apartment 13 was spacious and clean and felt like a home away from home. Anna looked after us very well and help us out with tours that we wanted to book, if or when we come back to cairns this is our first choice and only choice. it was very quiet very and a very comfortable bed and I cant say i have stayed in accommodation with the bedding as good as this I have a bad back but it was great while we stayed. A huge thank you to Anna who made our holiday so special for our family.
