Great value for money.
Clean, air-conditioning worked well, shower was good.
Towels changed daily and bed made/ room tidied each day.
Reception staff are lovely and helpful.
The location is perfect - right next to all the bars and restaurants and harbour - definitely the best place to stay for a holiday in Cairns.

Stayed there for a few days last week. Good quality room and location. Lack of parking space is annoying and not impress about being charged $100 holding fee and not getting the money back for a week after check out. Cheap move by the hotel consider it costs $180/night

We stayed in an ocean view apartment which was fantastic, lovely views of the marina and mountains, very clean and spacious with a very comfortable king bed to sleep in, also very close to restaurants and shopping. The only negative was there was no carpark at the hotel, we had to park over the road at the Hilton Hotel carpark which cost $12, but could only park there for a few hours as we were leaving at 3 a.m. to catch an early morning flight and the carpark was closed between 1-5 a.m, so had to move car later that evening and try and find a carpark in the street close to Hotel, there were very few carparks available until at least 9.30, so found this whole situation VERY INCONVENIENT. So if you need a carpark don't stay at this Hotel.

My wife and I only stayed one night at the Harbour Lights and didn't use any of the hotel's facilities. The check in was friendly and efficient. We were upgraded from a booked studio room to a room overlooking the water. The room was an adequate size, clean and comfortable with the normal facilities. The AC was quiet and efficient and the blockout curtain was appreciated as the room faced east.
The location of the hotel is good as it is adjacent to the marina and it is a relatively short walk to the shops and eating options.
All in all, a favourable first impression of this hotel.

I had a very nice one bedroom apartment. Clean and a very quiet. Close to many restaurants and shops. Just a short walk to the Central mall. The staff at the frontdesk was helpfull. The reseption area is very “cold” and they should hire an interior disigner to make it more welcoming.
