Oh, the noise.

Good points: rooms are clean, food is OK and plentiful, pool is pleasant.
Frustrating, though, for vegetarians. Some days there were three pasta options, all with meat in.
But what makes the experience hellish is the noise. For some reason, they will decide to add poolside atmosphere by dragging a speaker out and playing music (mostly 80s British, for some reason).
And about one evening in two there is very loud 'entertainment' from the amphitheatre until 11:15pm or later. There is nowhere to hide from it. 50% of the rooms face onto it. Misery if you just want a quiet evening, or an early night. Misery. I politely asked if I might be moved to a quieter room and was told it was impossible because they were 'nearly full'. "Ask for a quiet room next time you visit," the man said. That won't be happening.
Clean rooms!

We booked this holiday as a week in the sun, which it was good for. We travelled mid-September and were told by the hotel rep that 'everything was dead' in terms of trips and goings on in the town which was a little disappointing.
The hotel itself is good, the biggest plus for us was that the rooms were cleaned every day to an amazing standard! Although the shower flooded the bathroom every day regardless of how hard you tried not to let it.
The food is fine but not particularly Italian and we really didn't get the feeling that they were trying very hard. Roast dinners aren't the most appealing after reading about Sardinia's amazing pizza and pastas! However we ended up going out for dinner towards the end of the week which was relatively cheap, as the canteen style restaurant didn't provide the most relaxing setting.
The hotel isn't in the best location, in terms of there's not a lot going on around it but the beach itself is beautiful. We found the pool to be absolutely freezing though!
The staff were fine when you spoke to them, but we got the feeling they were just too busy clearing plates to make small talk and exchange pleasantries with guests which was a shame.
Enjoyable stay

We stayed in this hotel with my friend during the last week of September 2016. I must say I was very satisfied with the services of the reception we immediately started with all inclusive which is a very big plus. The food in this hotel is what it's biggest advantage. The food was always good, for lunch and dinner variety of apetizers ,3 types of pasta ,3/2 types of meet, 2 types of sides, salat bar, dessert and fruit. For drinks you could choose between water, beer, red wine, white wine and 7up/schweps/Pepsi. The pool bar is also helpful, offering also little snacks during the day.
The room was beautiful very big and spacious. The only problem would be the shower. It is by size 1×1m and very small. Everyone you take shower be prepared to have the bathroom flooded. However, the balcony was great and big. Housekeeping was very good, everyday new towels, made up bed and fresh sheets. Since we've been here during last week of September, the animation team didn't offer any animation programme or entertainment. Only music from 10.00 am and then from 16.00 p.m. Also by the second day we came they took away the boards with journeys and trips, so there was no way of finding out about or going on a trip. But that was mostly because it was the end of September.
The beach is lovely, every half an hour the shuttle bus goes to the beach and back. The shuttle bus was very small it could fit only 8 people, but again I think it was mostly because the end of september. The beach and sea is nice, however on the beach there is no bar nor toilet, so you have to take water with you.

The room is ok with air-condition . With balcony .
The toilet is ok but the shower space very small standing up and I can't move much which is not big issue its ok .
The price was amazing 50 euro per night .
This hotel is perfect for family with kids all ages .
Keep in mind the bar they don't accept cash or credit card so you have take card from the hotel and add money in it and when you check out they will return the remain money that was in the card .

It was our first holiday with our baby (9 months), but we do not recommend. We booked 4**** all inclusive but I believe it is only 2**, maximum 3***, when we arrived at 10pm they said that somebody will come in the room with dinner, of course nobody came, after we called at the reception they said they forgot. The room was very, very small, the bathroom extremely small, only shower 60*60 cm with a very light curtain, so all the water comes out. The shower was not flexible, so I had to pick the baby up to the ceiling to clean it. No hot water at the sink. We asked for another room but it was not possible. When we did the reservation online was not possible to chose the type of room. In the pictures you see only the beautiful rooms.
The beach is far away, you have to take a kind of mini-bus until there, this comes every half an hour, no good conditions to wait for it. The area is very poor, not much to see around.
The good thing is that the food was great, fresh and tasty, they had also a corner with baby food.
For sure it is our first and last time there.
