They gave our reserved hotel room away and left my mother and I with nowhere to stay. Upon making the reservation (and securing it with a credit card) we told Josh that we would be arriving late after a day of travel. According to the rude night front desk clerk, who was also the manager, 10:30 pm is too late to check into a hotel room and that "late check in" is 6pm. After being chastised like a teenager for coming home too late- We found out they had no rooms for us expect for an outrageously priced jacuzzi room.
So at 11pm my mother and I had to search for a hotel room in an unknown city in the rain- luckily that wasn't too late to check in to the nice hotel down the street.

one night of noise and poor service

We spent the night at this hotel before we could get into our condo in Palm Springs and what a mistake. The manager quoted us 88 a night all in and then charged us 90. The room next to us had young children and they were so noisy until 10 pm we could not sleep. Then we checked to see when the coffee and complimentary breakfast was available and were told from 630 am until 900 am but we left at 745 and it still was not available and the room (office) was still locked up and unavailable. Altogether a very poor experience and would never stay there again, ever!

Poor Service and No Service!

This is the most unimpressive motel we ever stay...The room is wood floor, The bed spread has a few inches wiped opened on cover it needs sew it to repair or it should changed to a new cover, after they made the bed next morning the cover tare up bigger hole, It looks terrible,The whole bathtub inside has very dark looking not clean mark, No clock in the room, Not knowing the time??? I called for wake up call next morning on 5 AM and no morning call receive, Good thing we were not trying to catching fly or ride otherwise we'll be screw, Went down to front desk a few times and no one there...I had to made calls from the room asked for helped, My hubby used the spa at out door by the pool he said was nasty inside not clean, The spa has not been clean for long time... One of the outlet was not working can't use it for computer and the light can't turn on,This motel it needs upgrade the amenities and service! It's not all true what it show on the website. We've been traveled many times never seen the room without the clock and has wood floor.

Average motel easy to be improved

Location is very nice, property too. Spacious rooms with fridge & microwave, large parking area, pool & spa BUT few easy fixes that made me give one less star:
- Front desk all closed in glass. Looks like a 1970 "Bronx, NY" hotel....Manager (or owner?) not even care to open the glass window to talk with guests - at 11:00am - and looks like he had just waked. He really need to check proper business attire,
- Ugly "signs" all over the walls... terrible taste.
- Bed sheets of lowest quality possible. Not even close to what a hotel should have
- Free "breakfast" is a complete joke: cereal, milk, a coffee machine and slices of white bread. At least I can't call this breakfast!
As I said small things so easy to fix that denotes lack of care ....
And manager (or owner?) at front desk need to learn how to treat customers: nice smile and friendly attitude are easy and everyone likes.
But anyway it's a good option in the area.
Note: price on line was $60. When I arrive he charged me $70. I asked why and he answered with a "slouch" face that that's impossible....for next two nights I made reservations on line and paid $60.... and for sure he even paid some commission to the website (Priceline).

I booked this place because it was the closest thing available towards Indio. I was staying there for a 3 day concert an hour away because every other place closer towards the location was charging an arm & a leg for a night, while the preferably better hotels were all full. I booked the hotel through Expedia referred from Trivago. I saw some bad reviews and had doubts about staying here, but I was only here to be closer to the concert. Well, as of now I have regret coming here and will NEVER stay here again.

1. The faucet for the bathtub has been leaking water ever since I checked in. So much water is being wasted.

2. This place will charge u an extra $10 for each additional hour u stay past the motel check-out time which is 11am. They don't mention this on their website. The guy working there said I should have asked and I told him why should I ask when every hotel I have stayed at never charged additional money for checking out later? On the day of the check out, my friend staying with me called him in advance about staying in later he informed us about the $10 charge, we said it's fine. Then 3 minutes later, a lady that I assume that's also the owner came banging on our door and was being so extremely rude demanding we pay the 10 dollars. That really pissed me and my friend off. My friend informed him about these websites that gives reviews and obviously these people don't care about the reviews they get because they only want your money. They don't care about being professional or respectful to their customers so obviously they don't care about customers returning.

3. Their wifi internet is very weak.

4. They never empty our trash during the whole time We stayed there so in general in I know in most hotels they are suppose to clean your room everyday. This place never did during our stay.

5. No coffee makers, no shampoo, some towels given to us were actually dirty since it had a black line stain on it.

I would have given this place 3 stars, but after what happened upon check out, I would give them 0 stars if I was allowed to. These people don't know how to treat you with respect when it comes to what they need from you so suggest go stay anywhere else in Calimesa, but here.
