CofCMomon 18/11/2017 20:58This is a really nice hotel with ample on site parking. Easy to walk across the river to numerous restaurants. The downtown area is close with many things to do. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It had a kitchenette but surprisingly only one bathroom.

Didnt hear any noises from other guests

Outstanding Room & Restaurant
rfield198on 07/11/2017 00:42I visit Roanoke quarterly for work and this hotel's location, room size, amenities, food and dining service are simply the best! The hotel has dinner, breakfast, a pool, a meeting space, covered parking and is close to everything Roanoke!~
Safe and comfortable.....
David Gon 27/10/2017 13:09This wasn’t as good as the Four Seasons, but then again, it didn’t cost me $250 plus a night either. For the price, I have to give them 5 stars. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bus drivers were courteous and forthcoming, providing free shuttle service. The Breakfast Buffet was consistently excellent. Waffles, croissants, biscuits, gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, grits, cereal, milk, OJ, delicious yogurt, mixed fruit and strawberries..... They also have an espresso machine... (I may have forgotten something). The only two faults I found were the drapes in room were afoul and the hallways could have used vacuuming.
I’m hearing that they will soon be taken over by Marriott.
If you are here because a relative is in the hospital, let them know and they will work with you.
Very pleased with our stay!!!!! Will definitely stay here again if the need arises.
Lacked southern hospitality
Laura Eon 26/10/2017 13:50Our recent stay was just a quick stopover before getting on the Blue Ridge Parkway. When we checked in, we felt we were interrupting the receptionist; she barely made eye contact and was short and curt with our few questions. The room was decent, gum wrapper on the floor, only 1 large bath towel provided and a few minor things. We felt that it was overpriced for what it was - no breakfast was included. I will say that the folks at the desk were friendlier the next morning. A hello with a smile goes a long way in the hospitality business.
