If I could give less I would. They are liars and thieves. Booked via Agoda and would not honor reservation, requiring a booking of another room for double the cost that is offered on booking sites. Then proceeded to not allow me to cancel existing reservation since I didn't want to be scammed by them. Wanted me to keep existing reservation and book another room. Would not accept another solution, zero. Agoda made it right after 2 hrs talking to them, which was also terrible. They refunded my money and gave me credit for future reservation. Hotel didn't seen sorry, just rude.

A personal object (without much value) went missing from my room and the receptionist didn't do anything about it! She only called housekeeping and told me they said they "didn't know anything about it". Didn't even apologize.
The air conditioner is weak and doesn't word well. The shower is two headed but only one of them works (staff didn't do anything about that either).
Wouldn't recommend it in a million years. Absolutely horrible.

Stayed here on a group tour and found this to be average but only a few points brought it down (for me personally).
Beds: small.... I'm 5'10 and my feet were hanging off the bed. A bit on the harder side as well.
Bedroom: updated but smaller, but had the right amount of room for someone only sleeping there.
Bathroom: mine was personally horribly tiny maybe 1x2, I couldn't fit in the shower and would turn the shower off when I moved. Had to step outside into the bathroom to wash my hair. However some other people in the group commented they had bigger showers (luck of the draw).
Breakfast: nice and just what I needed. Nothing too fancy and everything tastes fresh. The ladies assisting with breakfast were very nice and friendly.
Reception: nice and helpful.
Location: a little bit of a walk to some of the sites but by about 20-30 mins you've hit some nice things. Quiet spot which is nice.

This great Paris hotel is very close to all the big Paris tourist attractions and day tours! Given the location, you are close to the public transport and a variety of restaurants. Rooms were well maintained and all attended to each day.

We stayed for one night only as we were passing through Paris and had an early flight at Orly the next morning. It was a great option location wise as it is walking distance to the the orlybus terminal in front of the defert-rochereau station. Our room was very clean and silent. The neighborhood looked nice and safe with lots of shops and restaurants. Metro stations nearby.
