I stayed here for a business meeting. The room is close to the Pruneyard retail which has lots of places to eat and shop. The room was average size and clean. It has a frig, microwave, and coffee maker. Its located near the 17 FWY which got a little loud after midnight. Breakfast is offred in the morning. It's good and convenient. The hotel is located right next to the Los Gatos trail which is about 9 miles long which is great after sitting all day in meetings. Staff was super friendly. Cute place.

Great location for outdoor activities along the Los Gatos Creek trail (attached to the car park), great, huge breakfast included, free wifi, check out is 1200 noontime (who does that anymore?)!,clean rooms, clean nice pool and jacuzzi, quiet at night (esp bc I wear earplugs), was on the bottom floor - no noises from neighbors or upper floors, felt safe, staff were very kind and accommodating. The downtown Campbell was walking distance, excellent restaurants to choose from like Aquis.

The person at the front desk, Ruby L., was excellent. She cared about our situation. She not only had a good brain but also a good heart. The only thing that needs improvement at Campbell Inn is the mattress makes a noise when you move. It was quiet in the room though. Check to see if they improve their mattress noise.

The service was great; checking in and out and with all the employees. For me the room was comfortable, I now know need a new bed at home. Part of my large family stayed at the Inn. It was centrally located for all of us to be together for a memorial for our mom. Also, the breakfast was wonderful. All of us enjoyed it very much. They only thing for me that would have been better. Would be an airport shuttle. Since, I have no clue how to use a uber. But, with family there everything worked out fine.

If I could give 0 stars for this hotel; I would do so. They are rude and sell out rooms when you have a confirmed reservation. The owner basically told me that their employee messing up; is not their problem. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They are worthless.
