Front desk agent was not present upon walk in reservation for 15 minutes last night. Place could have been robbed for all they would know. Just needed a nights rest however I couldn't even get past the check in point. Unreal.
Went somewhere else.

We will no longer stay at the Travelodge in Campbell River due to the deterioration of service and maintenance of the property. The heater in the room either had you freezing or frying, no happy medium. The bathroom door absolutely refused to stay shut, making our personal hygiene habits a little too public. The quality of the breakfast offered is now laughable. Thanks, but no thanks anymore.

The hotel was closing a few days after our stay. The hot tub was not working and the pool was questionable- murky water. We had brought our bathing suits specifically to enjoy these amenities.
Also, because of the closure, they had run out of breakfast eggs. As I am on a low-carb diet this was very disappointing because there was nothing I could really eat. I took an apple. Not what I was expecting.

The room was very spacious and nice but couldnt watch tv because it kept freezing and glitching and when we went into the pool our eyes started burning after a couple of minutes of being in there, it sucked because our kids were really excited about going into the pool but couldnt bevmcause there was to much chemicals in the pool :( and also the waffle batter was to watery and didnt cook properly but other that that it was very nice :)

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this wonderful accommodation when we were on our latest travels, and the office staff were nice and pleasant, and very helpful! Also, the rooms were spacious, the beds were nice and clean, and the bathroom was in great condition. We had a nice quiet room at the back, and really appreciated the cleanliness that was in this place!
The breakfast was really good too! A continental breakfast, but had waffles too! They looked very delicious!
Great work on both accounts! We will most likely be back if our travels see us traveling in that area again!
