We rented a small family home for 2 adults and 2 children.
We asked for heating, cause the weather was already cold in the evenings.
We settled down in the building, but unfortunately the heater was not able to warm up the room...
Technician came 3-4 times, but the house remained cold.
Evening came, so they transferred us to a brand new building, and we were promised that the following day the heating will be fixed.
I requested to stay in the newer house and they were totally fine with that.
Great customer service and at the end we felt they care about us.
Children had lot fun in the Club House.
I recommend this place and hope we will be back again.

We had a good stay at Camping village Cavallino that was slightly hampered by the weather. It rained for 1 whole day of our weeks stay.
As to the campsite, the staff could not be more helpful. They made use welcome from the off and were helpful, courteous and attentive, and spoke good English.
We only had 1 meal at the restaurant, but it was excellent, and the Skybar we enjoyed as well. The camp site is clean and well maintained. I would recommmend any young family to try a holiday here. We enjoyed it, weather not withstanding.

we were booked to stay at the camping village for 4 days. we took a bus from the airport and walked 15 minutes to the site. once we arrived we were greeted positively by staff and were amazed by the location and facilities. we checked in and were upgraded to a better room. the room was clean, sleeps 4 and had 2 toilets which was pretty cool. the site is fairly big and leads onto the beach. it has a mini mart, ice cream parlor, restaurant and bar. there were also kids dancing and events going on. there are also 2 outdoor swimming pools with Jacuzzi and water slides. to get to Venice city we had to walk 15mins then take bus for 10-12mins and boat for 30-40mins. it was a bit of a journey but was alright due to the weather and we got a 3 days pass for 48 euros.

We had a lovely stay at Camping Village Cavallino. The environment, location and facilities are fantastic and the close proximity to the beach is lovely. My only 'complaint' would be the abundance of extra costs. In the many other camping villages we stayed at across Italy, many of which were slightly less expensive than Camping Village Cavallino, things like wifi (very important for international travellers who are not on data roaming while overseas), towels (for guests staying in the mobile homes), toilet paper etc. were included in the rates.

Best vacation ever ! Absolutely sandy wide beach,very polite stuff,excellent cleaning , suitable for families with kids, best animation team. Delicious sea food in the restaurant.Will come again soon.
