Waited in line a VERY long time to check in. Staff seemed confused and not happy to be there. Room was adequate. Heating system super loud and not working properly. Bathroom nothing special. Gym is a tiny room with 5 cardio machines, zero weights and a stale/moldy water dispenser. Expected a lot more for the price. Won't stay here again.

Very nice the grandkids loved the pool area great pizza at Bistro. I would recommend this place. It is a little spendy but nice get away for old and young! The rooms are very spacious and clean. Lots of counter space in bathroom!

When I called in to make a reservation, I asked if there was breakfast included and asked about the pool. The lady on the phone said " oh yeah yeah everything is included". So we get there and they say hotel guests pay $8 something for the splash park. Ok that's fine. Then I find out that there is no complimentary breakfast. I have never payed $180 for a room and not had a breakfast included. Then it's after 3 (check in time) and we get to our "pent house suite" on the top floor. Our room door is open and there's no one in there cleaning. And EVERYTHING is a mess. I go into the hall when suddenly a girl comes and I ask her if she knows if our room is ready? She says, with the least friendly face possible "I was just working on it". Uh. No you weren't! I was literally in there for 15 mins. So my husband and I wait out in the hall for another half hour. Until FINALLY it's done.
I apologize for such a mean review. I usually give very good reviews even if not exactly earned. But this is the first and last time my family comes here.

Interesting hotel! The particular room you get may make a huge difference in how you feel about this place. My wife and I got lucky, I guess, because we had a very large room complete with a jacuzzi and fireplace! The decor was right out of an Egyptian temple and looked like a set from an Indiana Jones movie. Others in our group got what I would consider normal hotel rooms. As others have mentioned, this hotel is part of a complex of meeting rooms, restaurants, and an indoor football stadium! The restaurants were just OK, nothing to rave about. The water park might be fun for children, but not much for adults.

My family stayed here with some additional family. We were in town for a funeral and wanted to make sure the kids had some fun and a way to burn off some of their energy while allowing downtime for the parents. The kids had a great time in the waterpark. We ordered pizza from the waterpark area and everyone thought it was pretty good. As for sleeping, we slept ok. The pillows were too bulky and it was hard getting comfortable; however, the room was clean. We had the breakfast buffet for $3.95 a person in the morning and it seemed that everyone found something to eat. Only thing I would change is to bring my own pillow next time.
