Excellent hotel of this class...Old property but newly renovated and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best Breakfast in Woodstock I have experienced. This stay was during several events in town and they handled groups well. Parking space is huge and very convenient.we forgot something and it was almost night but still they even went out of the way and get it for us. I'll be back to this place and highly recommend to others when in the area.

I stayed at this hotel october 12th, we checked in around 1am and I couldn’t get out fast enough. We checked out at 7am the next morning, it was just a place to lay our heads for the night when driving through NB to get to Montreal. When I first arrived the man at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge my boyfriend and myself. He didn’t know the rate of the night and was not engaging with us whatsoever. When getting into our room the first thing I noticed was how bad the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The room was extremely outdated. When I walked into the bathroom the tub was filled with long black hairs. I was absolutely disgusted, the only reason we didn’t change rooms was because my boyfriend was so exhausted from driving and had already gotten into bed, and we didn’t plan on showering. When checking out the same man was working the desk and didn’t even ask how our stay was. I work in the hotel business (worked in housekeeping for a year and a year in front office staff) the whole experience from check in, the stay and check out was the worst hospitality I’ve ever experienced. The room cost us roughly 125$, and it was the worst 125$ I’ve ever spent. I highly recommend staying at a different hotel

The room includes microwave and refrigerator, which can be usefull when you are on a road trip. It is about 15 min from the city, so around the hotel it is wood and other hotels, and the highway. Breakfast is very basic, so for vegan, you should bring something.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Kitchen staff were amazing and offered many extra details to the area that we weren't aware of.
Our room was clean and was perfect to sleep in.
if we were to stay there again we would request the first floor. It faces the pool and the town of Woodstock.

The service was gut. Despite the highway close by it was not too noisy! Negative point: the bathroom needs renovating! More enthusiasm from the staff during breakfast could make the stay more enjoyable!
