clean, friendly, very helpful. the pool was nice after a long day, free breakfast was also a nice touch. good location, close to lots of restaurants. rooms very large and everything worked. even had extra blanket.

We experienced some of the best customer service ever at the Canalta in Camrose. The front desk girl Jo went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very kind and is excellent at what she does. We loved the Halloween decorations that were done by Jen,it really made it feel welcoming and homey when we first walked in. Also, the housekeeping staff do a fantastic job of keeping the rooms clean. We will absolutely be staying again!!!

No reservation made, no problem. Front desk check in was friendly, quick and accommodating. Rooms are clean, beds are extremely comfortable and pillows are marked on the pillow case firm or soft. After check in the lady on the desk offered the information about the room discount to mr mikes as well as info on where to get a few needed supplies not carried on the property. She even double check the other businesses business hours before sending me in their direction.

From check in to check out great personal service. Well appointed spacious rooms, I was extremely impressed with the well-maintained pool, and hot tub (ph perfect), Breakfast excellent and very pleasant staff who make you feel at home.(thanks, Faye)

We stayed here for the Big Valley Jamboree. The room was spacious and had a small fridge which was very handy for snacks in the evening. The shuttle for the Jamboree was just outside the door of the hotel. We were extremely impressed by all of the friendly and helpful staff - especially Girlie, Pat, and the woman who set up the breakfast each day. Girlie was so kind and helpful to everyone - she is amazing!
