Not a good place for a meeting!
Karen Mon 21/10/2017 01:59We held meetings for several days here and the morning staff were nice and willing to help. The evening staff members were the exact opposite! Worst customer service experience at a hotel .... We had full day meetings booked and they booked another meeting to start at the exact same time as ours would be wrapping up. No thought to the fact that it takes a little time to break a room down and and shut down our equipment. What made it worse was the the person running the meeting wasn't informed..me! I had no idea until about 5 mins before....and the staff member told me I should have known...told I was 'told'...and then walked away! Wow...sure ruined the good service we had received in the morning. Would not recommend

Tammy Gon 03/10/2017 02:16It wasn’t the cheapest & I was surprised that they didn’t even have a continental breakfast. WIFI stunk too - couldn’t even get online on their computers! They were re-doing the rooms so ours was nice. I will be back to the area, but won’t be staying at the Candlewood again.
Smelly Candlewood
wawrighton 03/10/2017 00:25Room smelled of mold and dampness, clean, bed comfortable, minimal bathroom amenities. Could not park in front of the hotel for some reason the parking lot was roped off. Had to park in the rear of hotel. Nice front desk folks. Biggest complaint the hotel smelled bad. Well worn carpets and very dated painted walls....blue????
Perfect for business travel
Charlotte Son 16/09/2017 21:10I came over from the UK and was exhausted when I arrived. The staff were excellent and the room was great. It had a kitchenette which was useful in the mornings for breakfast. My only complaint is the noisy aircon at night.
One of the Best Rooms
Sophia Mon 27/08/2017 07:49The rooms are wonderful! They are spacious, tidy, stocked up and very home like. I felt at home here while school shopping. They have the "Lending Locker" which you can borrow games from. The pictures don't do to justice.
