First time staying at this location. Hotel and room were very well maintained. Mike and the other staff were very friendly and efficient with check in and check out. Enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.

When I pulled back the sheets to go to sleep for the night, there were mouse droppings inside the sheets. The housekeeping came to my room to change the bedding, but it kept me from sleeping, as I had to wonder if mice would be crawling all over while I was asleep. The room smelled very musty as if it was a previous smoking room, and caused havoc on my asthma. When I reported the bed issue, the front desk offered another room on another floor, but it was adjacent to smoking rooms. So, since I was already having breathing issues in a non-smoking room, I was concerned it would be even worse, so I stayed in the room. I tried to get a refund from the Management, but I was only offered a free night on my next stay. I will NOT be returning to this hotel, so I have begun another route for getting a refund. This is not acceptable customer service for an incident of this nature.

I stay here all the time when I am in the area. The staff treat me so well and I call this my second home. The Hotel is clean and location is very convenient . They accommodate me even on the days that they are busy. My room is always clean and comfortable and the staff goes above and beyond to cater to the my needs.

The staff (Mike) made our stay a 5 star experience. Very customer focused. Clean and comfortable rooms close to all our needs in the area. If they add an outdoor pool, I'll rate a 6. Do note that there is not daily maid service, but that is offset with a very good rate. Location is right off of the 664 interstate and there are plenty of restaurants within 5 min drive.

Nice place to stay, do recommend. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in nice quiet neighborhood so not a lot of outside noise. Hotel was very clean. The only negative was the ice maker in fridge/freezer was inoperable. I wouldn't hesitate to frequent this establishment again.
