One of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our vacation. We needed a one night stay and decided to try a hotel in Craig as opposed to Steamboat Springs.
It was very clean! It had amenities that would be helpful during long stays, including a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator. It had free laundry and a great work-out room. No breakfast but you can make your own.
This is a must stay. We will for sure make reservations next year for a longer stay.

we stayed at Craig because we could not find a hotel in Steamboat yesterday. We booked this hotel online and didn't expect that came with a well equipped kitchen and a full size fridge, even a full size dish washer. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean. The receptionists were informative and friendly, especially Kim, she was very helpful.
It's close to Walmart and only two minutes drive from the town of Craig.
It's our first stay with Candlewood, we highly recommend them.

I love any of the candlewood suites. Full size fridge, cooktop. I like no pool because that means kids are less likely to be running around on floors above. Free dvds to use behind the counter, board games and other appliances to use from lobby (toaster/blender/ waffle maker).

Candlewood Suites will forever be one of my top choices to stay wherever I am at. Every one I have stayed at so far as been amazing and this one has been no less. I stayed here for work, booked with CLC as usual. The front desk was so friendly. Behind the front desk there were books and movies that you could borrow and right next to the front desk was the locker where you could borrow various games or appliances. The room was clean with soft beds and a clean bathroom. Of course in the room there is a kitchen, which is also stocked with dishes. I did not bring my dog this time but they said they are pet friendly. Of course there was free laundry, which I am always grateful for. If you are in town and looking for a place to stay I will definitely recommend this place always :)

My most important criterion in a hotel is cleanliness and this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and comfortable, and when I stayed on Friday, it was very quiet. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
