Very nice hotel. Right next to a corn field. 6 minutes away from Harvest Bible Chapel. Friendly staff. Answered all my questions. Nice roomy suite. Comfortable with kitchen and well priced. We were in Room 130 and the room had a musty smell upon arrival. The carpet was old and stained in places. The wood floor was sticky and not well cleaned. In the evening the smoke alarm went off. I called the front desk and he asked me if I had been cooking. I told him we were not and were just sitting watching TV. He was able to remotely turn it off for us as it was so deafening we had to cover our ears. At 5:30 am it went off again, twice. Although we had this bad experience I enjoyed the stay and would stay again, but in a different room.

We had a 4 day stay with our pet. The room was clean comfortable. It did storm one night which a leak on the window was discovered and which was promptly addressed and corrected. All of the staff that we had dealings with were always friendly and helpful.

First of all we arrived early and Ms. Caruso went out of her way to accommodate our early arrival! She was very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and quiet for a Saturday night, the beds were very comfortable and we slept like babies! They have a borrowing cabinet and I borrowed a Bullet to make a smoothie. What a concept!! The evening staff was pleasant also (I didn't catch his name). I found everyone went out of their way to make our one night stay very comfortable. We will consider this location again when in the area! Thank you! Beverly W.

Some of the staff was very rude and very unhelpful. The day management needs to work on their people skills. The TV didn't work for several days at a time and they would not place me in another room. Called corporate three times and they reached out to the hotel. They still did not respond. No return calls from the management. We utilize Candlewood due to the fact we travel yearly. This was the WORST CANDLEWOOD by far. Also kept charging my card for different rooms.

Typical Candlwood Suites. Stayed based on location and not disappointed. The staff was cordial but not overly caring. Hard to understand the person that checked us in. I believe h was the manager but he does not talk very loud and even with my hearing aids I had trouble. No issues with the room or the hotel it just doesn't have welcoming atmosphere
