I only stayed at this location for one night and I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and the suite was perfect. it was large and spacious. I would recommend this hotel to others and will return in the future.

My wife and I stayed there instead of riding out Hurricane Irma at our house . I'm glad we did . Kevin and Janice ( part of the staff there ) were always there to help . They had to deal with a lot and I give them credit for having such great attitudes . Rooms were clean and the service was great. I will recommend them to any of my friends and family. Thank you and keep up the good work !

Nice room setup especially if you plan on staying a few nights. Would recommend this location for anyone on business. Great for family outing as well being that it's close to the beach. Clean rooms and great staff!

As an IGH Rewards Club member (Gold Level) We found this hotel on the mobil IHG app as we prefer the IHG brand of products.
However in this hotel the Beds where terrible (worn out and too soft) and the Refrigerator was extremely noisy (when ever the freezer portion turned on it vibrated the whole refrigerator so loudly that it sounded like it was coming out of the wall).
We had been driving all day and were too tired to change rooms, I tried to unplug the fridge but was unable to reach plug. Due to the poor beds and constant cycling of the freezer we got VERY little sleep and had to continue our long journey the next day being extremely fatigued.
I complained to front desk upon check out and was told a manager would contact me, but to date I have heard nothing back from manager (I assume he/she is not that concerned).
This was absolutly the worst hotel stay I've ever had, terrible hotel & service. This is not what I expected from an IHG brand, very disappointed.

This is a long term stay. So they don't clean your room or replace towels. I asked housekeeping and they said "you aren't on the list." They also booked my card because someone was smoking and they accused me. Again, the staff person was professional, but still it was irritating. It was some one else.
They are also paved their parking lot, so 1/3 is closed. But they filled the hotel. So there are not enough spots.
I had to park in handicap. I asked the front desk to write a note to put in the dashboard, and I had to insist the guy write it.
There's a railway near by, you can hear it at night. Most guests are here, working - construction.
So..... If you are here for a few days. Be warned they are not catering to you. I wont stay here again.
