Anytime I stay in the area, I try to stay at this property. I always enjoy my time here. My latest stay was this past weekend and it was the best stay I've had here yet. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always asking how we are and how the stay was. We rented a DVD player from the lending locker so that was fun. The laundry is free to use which is always a huge bonus. Definitely will continue to stay at this Candlewood location.

During a recent move as I waited for my co-op apartment to be remodeled, I stayed for four months at the Candlewood Suites and was thrilled with its amenities, its cleanliness, and friendly staff. Stacy and Jameelah were especially helpful and always had a good word. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a recliner for reading or watching tv. Much to my surprise, one of the benefits of the long stay was that after a month, taxes were refunded and not paid for the remaining stay. The studio room was perfect for my needs - large desk, great closet with plenty of storage room, a good kitchen with a full refrigerator, and a great bathroom. Laundry facilities were on the first floor and free!

Staff unfriendly Lacking knowledge Run down motel Property not kept up Staff actually made me go out and book online before I could get a room Said she could not do it from her desk. Non smokinmg hotel but people are smoking at front entrance

I would like to thank the front desk staff,Clarissa, went above and beyond to accommodate us.
Our room is clean, large, with kitchenette and quite.
Very useful kitchenette specially when you have to take out foods and needs to warm.
I recommend this hotel.

Had a layover in MSP for 10 hours. Booked a hotel on Priceline and ended up staying here. Conveniently close to the airport.
The lady at the front desk was nice but check in took forever! The first room we were given already had guests in it, so after checking lists and checking the rooms, we were finally given a suite.
The suite was fairly well appointed and had some nice amenities. However, it was extremely dirty. Grease or dirt all over the cabinets and handles (cupboards, fridge etc), dirt in the kitchen drawers and the carpet was horribly stained. These rooms need a DEEP cleaning a rug doctor would do wonders.
Needless to say, we didn't get too much sleep that night. If you're coming here with a family or just for a night - think twice. If you're looking for an extended stay, this may be the place for you.
I don't think we will ever be returning. Sorry.
