8/26/17 stayed at the Candlewood Suites in Horsham in room 327.
The Cons:
The room smelled like back in the day before hotels were smoke-free. It smelled like smoke that someone tried to clean up with another smell but the outcome was not good.
The bed was soft which I found uncomfortable. There is no restaurant on the premises and no continental breakfast. Maybe they expect everyone to be cooking their own. There is a food pantry where you can buy snacks though,
The Pros:
All room have a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishes. Maybe it is geared for longer term guests. They have a laundromat onsite and it seemed free. There is also a small gym. I did not check to see if there was a pool.
Also on the plus side is when asked how my stay was and I told about the room smell the hotel offered to take $25. Off the bill or give me extra IHG points.

Business travel took me to PA and I decided to try out this Candlewood Suites. It looks nice and modern from the outside but it needs revamping on the inside. Some fresh paint in the halls, brighter lighting would make it go a long way. The room in contrast, was VERY modern, clean. They should take what they did with the room and apply it to the halls. I only stayed overnight, but it was a comfortable stay. The only thing I didn't like was that you could smell what the other guests were cooking. As soon as you walked through the hall the smells hit you. That's what you get I suppose because it's a long term stay hotel. But if you're looking for something economical - which I was - in the Horsham area, this will do. The staff was very nice, helpful. I really liked that the bed was set apart from the rest of the room; like a bedroom.

If you want to save a few dollars from the average cost of a hotel in the area this is the place. The rooms all have full kitchens and it's definitely a long term stay hotel. I believe maid services offered once a week or as needed.
They do not offer breakfast like the typical holiday in express is however they do have a small store on site where you can purchase various items.
The bad about these types of hotels are the various smells throughout the hallways from people cooking.
The hotel is a bit dated. There is not a walkable restaurant close to this hotel however there is pasta shopping and restaurants within a mile or two. I'll recommend that you choose the top floor room because of the noise from people walking around above you is fairly loud.

We were looking for a reasonable option for a one night stay and a late arrival, so numerous amenities were not important to us. Candlewood Suites was a very pleasant surprise. There is no big lobby - only a check-in desk and no pool - which might be a downer for families with children. Every staff person we encountered was very polite and welcoming. The room was immaculate, very up to date and the bed, super comfortable, It is located in a quiet business park hidden from the noise of a main highway. .They do not serve breakfast, but the cost was less than half the price of where we often stay in the area. We had a scrumptious breakfast at one of our favorite, nearby restaurants and still came out way ahead We will certainly be returning

Stayed for one night. The room was clean and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable; it probably was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept on. The desk was long and gave plenty of work space. I didn't use the kitchen but there was a microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, and a two burner stove top.
As stated by others, the hallways could use an update.
