I had some problem with some mails goof-ups and some communication gaps due to time zone difference, but when I arrived yesterday after almost 25 hours of journey from India, the team at reception was extremely cooperative, supportive and understanding my situation. The operations manager went out of her way to discuss with sales manager, get confirmation and guide me for the best possible option. Not just that. Even after she left, she called back to reception to give extra instructions for my booking. The team at reception was very curtious to explain me the available facilities and options.
Hats off to the whole team of CandleWood Suites for help and support provided.
I am going to stay here for one month and already 100% assured that I am at the best place in Plano, where my stay is going to be comfortable and memorable.

I am currently staying at this hotel and finding ti great. The hotel staff is well-trained, very polite and always helpful. Rooms have kitchen facility and they have tried to keep many things to help customers use it well. The size of the room is adequate. The hotel is kept well maintained and clean at all times. The hotel provides free shuttle to office goers, free washers and dryers and complimentary tea and coffee. The hotel does not provide breakfast.
The only constraint I see is that the hotel is not very close to markets but this also means it is not noisy around the hotel.

My job has out annual convention in Plano but I didn't want to stay at the same
Hotel as the rest of my peers. I decided to stay at CandleWood because they have smoking rooms and I wanted a 1 room suite. Room was great, bigger than expected. Nice kitchen and big fridge. My wife came as well for the black tie even Saturday. So I stocked up on supplies. I was totally pleased with the staff and my stay. Actually I liked the rooms at CandleWood better than some of my associates rooms that stayed at the Marriott Legacy. I will definitely stay here again next year.

We spent several days here while cleaning a house we're trying to sell. Very nice facility with a very good room w/ kitchen! Enough utensils for two people plus a dishwasher. Comfortable bed and clean and well laid out bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay, all had a great "help the guest" attitude. I would suggest replacing the coffee maker with a Keurig machine like their sister places, Holiday Inn Express, uses. One major issue - something in the environment caused my laptop to repeatedly lock-up in the middle of doing work. Had no problems with that laptop at prior hotels nor the one I used afterwards - the problem was something to do with this Candlewood Suite.

We absolutely Love this hotel. You just cant beat the price for what you get. Its like getting a mini house. Everything you need in a kitchen. Large fridg. with icemaker, dishwasher, cooktop, sink, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, real silverware, dvd player, work bar. The location is perfect and quiet for the area. Staff are excellent, know there stuff, very helpful. free Wi-Fi, free parking. Free movies for your DVD player. You just cant go wrong here. Thank Y'all for a great visit!
