We made a reservation months in advance. Had trouble checking in, the desk clerk could not figure out how to get us a room. We finally just left and stayed elsewhere. The staff was very unprofessional.

I love this place . Luxury beautiful very clean. Staff know you by name. Very helpful nice warm. Home away from home.no complains. You cook in your room, you can wash and dry your clothes their. Shuttle bus to take you to the mall.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I’ve stayed 4 nights over the last couple of weeks and every stay has been exceptional. The hotel is clean and bright, the beds comfortable, but most of all the staff is incredible. We were evacuated from Puerto Rico before Hurricane María and had the very good fortune of staying with Riitta and her staff. My stay here will be a very tender and sweet memory, in spite of the difficult circumstances at home. Riitta, Shonda, and Tracey, among many others, offered us clothes, knew our pets’ names, rocked our babies, and grieved with us. If you want a place that feels like home, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Comes complete with a full kitchen, and not too far from shopping, and restaraunts..Off of heay traffic..AND, they have Sunday Ticket ( DirectV ) football season, you know!! The staff is OUTSTANDING, and bend over backwards to make your stay that much more enjoyable. On this weekend, they were housing evacuees from Puerto Rico, which says alot about the company, in my book.

This place is very well priced, especially considering the kitchen in each room, DVD and appliance library, AND the airport shuttle. They also have a cupboard full of basic snacks that I thought had a very interesting "honor system" policy. All in all, great rooms and a great price, so I would highly recommend Candlewood Suites!
