Stayed here for one night with my family on our way home from florida. Very easy to get to off route 95. Not a lot of restaurant options close by. Had to look up on my phone how to get to that area. Check in was slow but good. There was only one person on and there was a big rush of people checking in at the same time as us. She was very nice though. Great room. Large with two comfortable beds. Very clean. Outdoor pool area, but it was too cold to use. Would stay here again.

Redone Rooms Are Great!

We've been stopping at this hotel as a halfway stop between CT and FL for our last 3 trips down. It's been adequate, not stellar but perfectly fine. We bring our 2 small dogs and stay in a pet friendly room. We are considerate of others and do not allow our dogs to soil the room. We bring a baby gate and they spend the night in beds in the bathroom with a pee pad. No problem at all. Our stay this past September 14 was disappointing to say the least. The room we were given, 124, was in terrible condition. Pet stains everywhere, especially in the closet which was unusable due to the odor. The carpet was stained and had pulls from previous dogs. There was evidence of dogs marking in the bathroom. We were almost ready to give up on this property but decided to give them one more shot on our return home. When we checked in I asked NOT to have room 124 and was assured that we would have one of their newest redone rooms which has been especially fitted for pets. Wow, what a difference. This room (324) had vinyl plank floors and a vinyl sided recliner which makes so much sense in a pet room. We didn't have to confine our dogs anymore and simply laid their pee pads (which they used) in the room and left them loose. Why don't all pet friendly hotels get rid of the carpet? It makes so much more sense for cleaning purposes. This hotel just gained a couple of loyal customers. We will return to FL this winter and look forward to staying. My only complaint was that the AC had a loud rattle. The housing looked like it had been damaged and the fan was hitting something. We did mention it to the front desk on leaving but it wasn't that big a deal.

Great for Dogs/ Wi-Fi Problem

Just finishing replacing carpeting for wooden-style floors. Makes entire facility cleaner. Not that far off Hwy 95 with easy on/off entry/exit.
Fabulous towels, soap and shower/tub.
Wi-Fi just not functional, perhaps from too many users. Only disappointment but an important one.
Thermostat was great as was bedding!

We stay here several times a year on our travel between Florida and Maine, and they never disappoint. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the rooms are great. There's a kitchenette in the room, and grills by the pool, so we can even have a nice home cooked meal in our travels. Can't ask for anything more!

A Lovely Surprise

Checking in was a breeze Greg, the desk person, was personable, courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious with a separate bedroom, full kitchen, living room with comfortable couch and recliner, and a large bathroom. We had our chocolate lab with us. No pet odor from previous guests and our room was spotlessly clean. Bed super comfortable. Will stay here on our way back to Florida if possible.
