I couldn't have asked for a better hotel! Very accommodating with an early check-in, clean, knowledgeable and great staff. Kitchenette was great, grill by the pool, on site laundry, the list goes on and on. Wish I could remember the names of the staff I dealt with but I can't, I can say every single one of them was great!!!! With the fear of flooding because of hurricane Harvey I asked about the safest way to get to Lackland and they didn't hesitate to map out an alternate route and print it off.
You guys set a high standard for others to meet. To the GM and AGM you have done an outstanding job putting together a great team, you should be extremely proud of them.

Room was close to the highway side and could not hear anything. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Not on the river walk but a short drive away less than 5mins. Clean hotel and rooms as well. Great stay!

Our corporate travel had made an error in booking mine and my fellow colleagues reservations - the hotel quickly corrected and accommodated our requests. The desk clerks were friendly/prompt and helpful with restaurant suggestions, rooms very clean with ample amenities. Full laundry facility available for use (next to gym). Pool looked great but didn't get to utilize. Ample parking (free). Easy on/off interstate. Would definitely stay here again. **Note: Lending larder is great as not restaurant on site.

The best Candlewood me and my family have ever stayed in and we have stayed at Candlewood for years and it is my opinion the location was a great spot especially in a city as big as San Antonio the pool was great to get into

Stayed at the hotel for business, and found the hotel to be very good. The rooms are quite big and clean. The staff was helpful and nice.
The rooms are very nicely equipped. There is a full fridge in the room, electric stove and a microwave; everything you'll need to cook a quick dinner.
There is a hot tub in the room and a TV.
The hotel got a little swimming pool but I didn't find the time to use it.
The only downside is that housekeeping is done only once a week so if this kind of things disturb you, you might want to know this in advance. I didn't mind.
If I ever have to come to SA again, I would definitely choose this hotel again.
