Consistent for Candlewood. Long term stay suite with refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher. Clean and modern bathroom with thick towels and a bathtub grab bar. Free laundry facilities! Pantry for buying drinks, snacks and frozen dinners. Address was not recognized by my GPS, but there is a tall Candlewood sign with the street number on it.

Staff were very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed the bed was veey comfortable the room was nice and spacious loved the free WiFi it worked great for our needs pool area was also very nice I would definitely stay again next visit

I stayed here 8 nights. The second night I was there the ac went out. My room was 95 degrees when I returned to my room. I tried to call the front desk but got a busy signal. I then attempted to call the front desk from my cell phone and the same response-a busy signal. I had to go downstairs to report the issue. I was offered to be moved to another room but with no assistance from anyone as far as moving all of my belongings. I am disabled and my daughter had to move me in the night before. I wanted action taken immediately but was informed by Mel that "this isn't a hotel! It's an extended stay." She gave the impression that as such, I suppose I am not expected to be treated like a hotel guest should be treated. The issue was resolved within a day but took too much stress to get any resolution. My compensation was $10 in cupboard bucks. I will NEVER stay with Candlewood Suites. I would rather stay in a hotel!

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The corridors smelled kinda funky, the lobby area seemed ok though. The room itself was adequate for our purposes and they are just changing all the mattresses. The downside for us was the sticky carpet in the room and the leaking bathtub didn't appeal. I think there is better accommodation out there for a similar price.

This is hotel is one of the worst hotels me and my coworkers have ever stayed in. The only reason we kept coming back was because of Lindsay's awesome customer service, she always had a smile on her face and would ask how our day was. It got to the point where we would come in and all we had to do was sign reg cards, fastest check in. Showed up this week only to find out she no longer works there so that was a huge disappointment, front desk agent who checked us in took forever and did not seem like she was in a good mood. We have always had issues with housekeeping not cleaning our rooms when its due for a cleaning and cockroaches in kitchen and bathroom. We just delt with it because of the awesome customer service but it isn't there anymore, so we asked our company to set us up somewhere else more clean and roach free.
