Doesn't worth it

I am a tour guide and I stayed in many hotels in Roma..It is one of the worst ones, it doesn't worth 4 stars. Only good thing is rooms are larger than standards. Service is awful, internet is to pay, near lineaC metro station, 45 mins from colosseum.
Renovation needed

ok italy is not great in service industry but a four star hotel should offer free wifi. We are in 2017. Even if you pay, you need to sit at the loby because the coverage is limited here. This is a joke. The rooms are clean but amount of shampoo they present is another joke. Only a bold can wash his head!
Rooms are spacey, air conditioning is out of date. Breakfadt , they try to offer continental breakfast unlike others.
So only tour groups like us will hit here, I suppose.
Terrible bad

Bad location, bad room, really dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. There are hair everywhere. There are blood on the sheet. The wi-fi connection is paid. There was a lizard on the bad. Run away from here! It is not avaliable for stay.
Early 20th century service!

No free Wi-fi. When paid, you cannot use it, because the signal is bad. The refridgerator in the room is not working (you also have to pay to use it). The shower cabin is too small, and you cannot have a shower without washing your hair because you cannot move the shower-head which is fixed too high.
How did they get 4 stars?

For a four-star hotel, this one is quite poor.
It is located in part of Rome quite far from any sights. There is a metro station nearby, but no clear directions from hotel to that station.
Room 518 is spacious and bed comfortable, but not all power outlets work and some of them are straight dangerous. Bathroom is need of serious repair - window doesn't open, sink is not draining, shower cabin is too small and shower head fixed very high so you can't control the direction of water.
Breakfast was buffet continental breakfast. Not much variety, but there was plenty of food. No eggs, though.
Oh, and internet access is charged by the hour.
