The Capitol Hill Hotel is a great place to stay, right in the center of Washington DC. It's about a block from the Capitol South Metro and right next to the Library of Congress. Rooms are big and nicely done. The breakfast they put out in the mornings has a bit of everything, including sausage and eggs. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again.

Just returned from a 7 day visit to Washington D.C. and stayed at the Capitol Hill hotel. We began our stay with 4 nights and 2 days later stayed for another night. The hotel is very close to the Capitol building, Supreme Court and Capitol South metro which took us to all the museums and the White House. The staff is superb, polite and extremely helpful: the rooms and beds were first class! The place is spotless.Location, location, location! Check their site for specials. Excellent breakfast in an adjacent building. We heartily recommend the Capitol Hill Hotel-you won't be disappointed!

I have stayed at the Capitol Hill Hotel periodically over a number of years. It is really convenient for meetings on Capitol Hill (as you might guess). The staff is wonderful - Omar always recognizes regulars with a warm greeting and Naol made my check this time both fast and fun! Comfortable room with good work space and relaxing space plus a kitchenette. Comfortable bed and good shower. Convenient breakfast with a great mix of everything I might be in the mood for from cereal and yogurt to eggs and such. Definitely recommend it - I'd stay there for fun, too but it's great for work trips.

Capitol Hill Hotel had the perfect location along with the most comfortable accommodations for our recent trip to Washington. This was a very special trip to celebrate our granddaughter’s 13th birthday. We found the staff all very friendly and extremely helpful. We enjoyed the ample breakfast every morning before we headed out for the day. Our granddaughter loved the monument throw pillow that were placed on each bed in our queen room. Upon arriving back home after this tremendous trip, we decided that it would be fun to purchase one of the pillows for a Christmas gift for our granddaughter. I am so impressed with the consideration and helpfulness from Nasur & Mallory to secure the pillow which was shipped to our home. I know our granddaughter is going to be so excited to have this pillow to remind her of our special time with her. There is no doubt if our travels should bring us back to Washington; we will for sure be staying at Capitol Hill Hotel. Thank you Capitol Hill Hotel…if you are looking for a great hotel you can not go wrong.

This hotel is charming, inviting, and the rooms spacious. What makes this a hotel to recommend is the staff. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The breakfast was included with the room and had a nice variety of hot foods. The library adjacent to the lobby always has drinks and snacks. There are bicycles available for guests. I will stay here again.
